rooms are ok , corridor smells bad , breakfast is poor and table spoons are dirty , i had to clean them by my self , staff is very helpful and they deserve to be thanked , there is a mall very near you can enjoy shopping and eating and even there is a clinic , the area around the hotel is an advantage .

Room Tip: top floors are away from the noise of the street in weekends .

I stayed here for 2 nights. It's very easy to take a free shuttle bus in front of the hotel to Disneyland Paris. The room is very spacious. The location is opposite to Val D'Europe department store and train station.

It's also very easy to go to this hotel from CDG airport. I take VEA shuttle bus from airport to Disneyland 20euro and change to Bus No.50 from disney to hotel for free.

The bad thing is that after seeing night parade in Disneylnad at 11.15pm for summer period, I have no shuttle bus to go back the hotel because the last shuttle bus is on 11.30pm so i have to wait for a taxi to go back instead. It costs 10.50euro.

We stayed in a family room and the room was clean although a bit shabby in places - that being said it was good for what we paid for it. The location of the Hotel is fabulous - the shuffle bus for Disneyland Paris is just outside the front door and also there is a huge Mall opposite with plenty of restaurants and shops. There is also the designer shopping centre just about a 10 min walk away. The bus station was just around the corner from the hotel.

Breakfast in the hotel was very basic and also very busy - be prepared to queue! We walked over to the Mall and there were plenty of places to get breakfast. There is also a nice coffee shop right across the road from the hotel.

The staff were also very welcoming and very accommodating. I have to say, could not fault this hotel - especially the price. Would recommend this for a family break to Disneyland Paris with a bit of designer shopping thrown in - it was perfection for me!

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of May with two 5yr old grandchildren and were very satisfied. After ploughing our way through lots of hotels and prices looking for something we could reasonably afford, we booked this hotel on the strength of reviews on this site. I emailed the hotel with a couple of questions and received all the information needed very quickly in return. We booked directly with the hotel for 4 nights with breakfast and didn't have to pay anything in advance. If needed, there is an underground car park with lots of room which is accessed via the large green gate near the hotel entrance. Press the red button on a post over to the left and the staff will open the gate.

We were given a nice quiet family room overlooking the 'Disney ears' from a distance and we could watch the Panoramique balloon going up and down. The room had a safe, two really large beds which were very comfortable, and a nice large bathroom. We didn't watch TV but the children watched a channel of Disneyland Paris and what it is like. No sound on this channel.

The breakfast area was quite nice and spacious and there was no difficulty in getting a table quite quickly. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, cereals, fresh fruit salad, yogurts, cooked meats, cheeses, lots of types of bread and rolls and toast, cakes and pastries, and lots of types of breakfast drinks.

The free number 50 shuttle bus to Disney stops straight across the road from the hotel entrance. You are given a pass (never needed) with timetable when you book in and the journey is about 8-10 mins. The buses back get very crowded. The last no.50 bus back from Disney park is at 11.30pm. You will not make this if you stay to watch Disney Dreams which starts at 11pm and lasts for 20mins. Knowing this we bought tickets from a machine in the station when we first arrived at the park that day and paid just over 5 euros for the four of us. We came back on the RER line A. (1st stop val d'europe station) "Sardines" on the train but who cared - everybody squashed on.

If you like shopping there is a massive shopping mall across from the hotel (where we found that all important McDonalds).

The only problem we had during our stay was that the room was not cleaned properly on one day. We returned from breakfast unsure whether it had been done or not. The towels were folded and replaced on the shelves but were still quite damp, the beds looked as if the covers had just been thrown over and smoothed down. There was no toilet roll but the bathroom bin had been emptied and yet the room bin was overflowing. We thought maybe the maid would be back but when we returned at night things were just the same. My husband reported this to reception the next morning and within 10 mins a lady from housekeeping came to see us. When we returned that night the room was perfect.

We paid £411.81 for a nice family room for 4 nights with breakfast and car parking which I thought was extremely good value compared to the Disney hotels and others we had looked at. We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would certainly stay again if we go back to the area.

Stayed with two friends for 3 nights from May 31. We had a family room which was spotlessly clean, the bathroom in particular was lovely. Room comes with a free safe which is also good, as you don't want to carry all of your money around, especially in Paris (pick pockets).

The cleaner came in after we had a night out and she made it look like we'd never come home! We were impressed.

We were on the fourth floor (top) and had a view of the shopping centre.

TV is of course in French, but who goes away to watch TV?!

Bed made every day and clean towels provided.

The hotel is in a great location if you like shopping. The centre is opposite the hotel with loads of great shops and a mega-cheap supermarket. If you walk 10 mins around the corner there's also a designer shopping outlet - where you can find some great deals. E.g. Ralph Lauren polos for €35 (they're £70 in the UK!).

There's a free shuttle bus to Disneyland but we decided to get the train there (one stop from Val d'Europe and takes 2 mins). We got a bus home from Disneyland but it was horrible. It was far too crowded and took ages. We missed the LAST free shuttle bus to the hotel by 2 mins (11.15pm) because of the Disneyland light show. So bare that in mind.

We had breakfast in the hotel one morning but almost died when we were charged €14 EACH for a cold, continental selection. We didn't do that again! Instead visit the cafe opposite the side of the hotel (black awnings with a automatic glass door). The food is amazing and good value.

The one downside of the hotel is how far it is from central Paris (so the Eurostar/Eiffel Tower). Obviously this isn't the hotel's fault. But it does take 1hr 30 to get to Gare du Nord (where the Eurostar terminates from London St Pancras.) same time to get to the Eiffel Tower and all the attractions too. If you want to do all of the sightseeing, then do it in one day, otherwise it's just too much time spent on trains (Which are worse than London's by the way!)

Also be prepared to pay city tax when you arrive at the hotel. We paid just under €10.

The hotel bar is ridiculously overpriced - just to go the supermarket for alcohol.

The l'agape (excuse spelling) bar next door on a Saturday was fab. Such a good club scene. But three vodkas and coke cost €27!!

If I wanted to visit Disneyland again (which I won't) or spend 3 days getting bargains at the designer outlet then I'd stay here again. It's a good base, but a bit quiet for mine and my friends' age (twenties).

Couldn't fault cosmetic state of hotel - was very good and had polite staff.

We stayed in a family room with our 2 kids and had a great stay. Hotel is right in the middle of the town with a great mall right across the street. Bus to Disneyland is right in front as well.

Good sized room, spacious bathroom and adequate breakfast. Could use a kettle in the room though to make coffee or tea.

Bar staff very friendly and spoiled the kids with chocolates. Front desk friendly and very efficient; check in took maybe 5 minutes and check out was even faster!

Will surely recommend this hotel!

Stayed 4 nights for a trip between Euro Disney and Paris in June 2013. Hotel is excellent location, just across the street is the train station and a big shopping mall (with Auchen hypermarket inside), room is big, bright and clean, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space. Bathroom is spotless clean. In the locker there is a safe to keep your precious things. there is free internet as well, which is always convenient. No coffee and tea making facility (but I learned that you can get hot water from the bar, so you might take your mug and tea bags with you). Our room was at level one overlooking the street, sometimes can get a bit noisy, and the blackout is not that good, so the room is very bright during the daytime. Staff are very helpful, all speaking English very well. The hotel provides shuttle bus to-from Disney. Trip to Paris city centre is straightforward, direct train will get you to (Chatelet Les Halle) or to Charle De Gaulle (Etoile) station at the Champs Elysee in 40-60 minutes. The trip from the airport (CDG) to the hotel was easy, only one change at the Chatelet Les Halle (same platform). The train red line (A) is the line you want to take for Val D'Europe station. When I checked in at the hotel I was told I need to pay extra taxes that wasn't included in my expedia booking, so I paid 22 Euros for 4 adults. We didn't eat at the hotel, there is a nice food court at the shopping centre with all kinds of food. In General I would highly recommend the hotel, and will definetly stay there again.
