We stayed here for 2 nights in May while we were visiting the American Cemeteries near by. We were welcomed with a drink of our choice and both Marianne and Jose sat down with us and welcomed us to their home. We had a large room on the 3rd floor with a comfortable bed and a roomy bathroom with actual wash clothes to use. Breakfast was plentiful with homemade cakes and jams. Also bacon, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cheese, rolls, etc. The only negative is that it was quite warm while we were there and the was no A/C. We opened our window but it was still warm in the room and the window had no screen. It was in the 80's and sunny while we were there and that was unusual for the area. There was no A/C in the whole house and they opened all the doors to cool the house.
We wanted to stay in the area for 2 more nights but they were full up. Come to find out there was a car race and bike race there that weekend. Jose called around and found us a B&B for those 2 nights. He took us over to see the place and translated for us as the lady only spoke French. We agreed to stay there and he told us to have her call him if we needed him to translate again.
We would definitely stay here again!
