We stayed for a week in July and had a positive experience.
The Hotel has a nice ground floor bar and restaurant,
Nice garden around the pool which is not big nor small.
Good supermarket and shopping centre in the same building.
The room had few carpet stains here and there, but was nicely cleaned daily.
The A/C was not noisy and the beds/ bedding were fantastic.
Great breakfast and good buffet food though you must get in early as selections gets limited as the times go by.
One evening I saw great cakes selection and was looking forward to it after my main meal.
By the time I got to it they where all gone with no replacement.
All that was available was some sludge sweet concoction.
Got really upset about it as it was not cheap neither.
It was only 9.30 in the eve when the restaurant close at 10.30/11.
Staff were nice and courteous though could not do anything about it and apologised profusely. I would at least offered a coffee as a gesture.
The problem lies with the management.
There is not much to do in the area other than the beach nearby.
A small square a few yards from the hotel with 5/6 quite expensive restaurant.
I strongly suggest the Riviera to invest in new room towels.
They smell of chlorine and were as rough as carpet rugs.
All in all is a good hotel and I'm definitely planning to go back at some point. Next time though, I'll be filling my plates with everything as soon as i walk in the buffet restaurant, never mind if I eat it or not.

Room tip: See view at the front a little noisy but still ok, pool view at the back is quiter.

The hotel lets the staff down here . The hotel needs updating, carpets in upper halls , towels, very old some of them and frayed . Not enough sun beds around the pool for guests when the locals who frequent have taken over. The pool area is open to all for a fee. There are visiting kindergarten schools arrive daily during the week days , they are supervised and don't stay long. The older children arrive sometimes with one adult but as teenagers will , make a noise and are oblivious of surroundings . This would be acceptable if it were a local community pool , but not a hotel purporting to carry a 4 star rating . Because of these points I would not be staying at this hotel again. One more point is the food for a 4 star hotel is awful. Buffets that look sad and breakfast was survived by eating fruit and croissants . Don't listen to advice of what to try by hotel staff, they eat at home ! All a shame because the staff are all lovely but obviously can't tell you the food is awful.

Room tip: Choose a room away from he local tennis courts, their dogs are left out all night and bark a lot.

The hotel is really impressive as you approach it and once inside it is even more impressive. We loved the lobby area and particularly the twin glass lifts - fantastic view of the sea and surrounding area from them! All the public areas are beautiful and so well designed. Our room was large and had a balcony with a sea view. One negative was the towels in the bathroom which were greying and thin and on one occasion had holes in them. The towels were replaced with apologies when I reported this to reception but this is something that should be addressed because a four star hotel should have better quality towels than this. The breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh fruit. The staff everywhere in the hotel were excellent - without exception friendly and helpful, efficient and thoughtful. I had not told the hotel that it was my birthday and yet there was some cake put in our room with a candle and birthday message (presumably noted from my passport). The location of the hotel is great - near to the lovely beach and not too far from the train station and there are lots of small and good restaurants nearby. (We ate in the hotel on our last evening but the buffet on offer was not particularly exciting.) The pool area was really lovely and the pool was great to swim in. A beautiful hotel - we shall be back!

Room tip: our room on the third floor had a great sea view.

arrived late at nite, check in was smooth and swift,i had room with pool view which was cleaned every day the other side of hotel has sea view depending how high up you are rooms are spacious with towels and shampoo provided, hairdryer, trouser press and flat screen tv with cable channels mostly in english, but no fridge which was only drawback, excellent air con.,,has a mini bar but you have to pay extra also room service available at small charge, the pool area is impressive, big plus didnt have to reserve sun loungers no matter what time you went large pool and smaller kids pool with large terrace and seating area around pool bar which serves really nice food, all the normal burgers, hot dogs, pizza etc plus other meals i stayed bed and breakfast which was buffet style hot and cold, everything you want no complaints plenty of room in dining area also has a bar area just outside of restaurant where you can sit inside or out but a little expensive with a pint of beer 5euros,the location of the hotel is perfect,it sits on top of a small shopping mall with a supermarket there for all your needs and is directly connected to the hotel, its 10 mins walk to the beach and you pass a small square with shops and restaurants on the way its also 10mins to the railway station where you can travel to lots of destinations, all in all nice hotel well kept and run would recommend and if in area again would definitely return

Been here for a meeting every year for the past 8 years. I feel that the bedrooms are a bit tired now and in need of a revamp. The restaurant offers an extensive breakfast but the cooked food leaves a lot to be desired! At least the other selections are okay although you do pay extra if you wish a decent coffee. Lunch is fairly good with plenty choice.
