We stayed for a week in July and had a positive experience. The Hotel has a nice ground floor bar and restaurant, Nice garden around the pool which is not big nor small. Good supermarket and shopping centre in the same building. The room had few carpet stains here and there, but was nicely cleaned daily. The A/C was not noisy and the beds/ bedding were fantastic. Great breakfast and good buffet food though you must get in early as selections gets limited as the times go by. One evening I saw great cakes selection and was looking forward to it after my main meal. By the time I got to it they where all gone with no replacement. All that was available was some sludge sweet concoction. Got really upset about it as it was not cheap neither. It was only 9.30 in the eve when the restaurant close at 10.30/11. Staff were nice and courteous though could not do anything about it and apologised profusely. I would at least offered a coffee as a gesture. The problem lies with the management. There is not much to do in the area other than the beach nearby. A small square a few yards from the hotel with 5/6 quite expensive restaurant. I strongly suggest the Riviera to invest in new room towels. They smell of chlorine and were as rough as carpet rugs. All in all is a good hotel...More
