At first, you really feel weird about what you are doing in that environment. Industrial zone, a lot of building in work or renovation, and no clear signage about where this hotel could be. A parking lot that could appear in some old horror movies (do not arrive alone by night) but then, you get a better opinion. The hotel is very well designed, the staff friendly, the rooms look very nice and are well decorated. The bed is very comfy, the bathroom has a very modern design so everything looks really well.
However then you get the service... It's hard to find someone (except the receptionist) who speaks correct English, room service does not answer the phone (first time ever I see that) and clearly makes you understand that half an hour before closing hour (11pm), it is not appreciated for you to ask for anything.
The breakfast is acceptable. Nothing fancy but perfectly OK. The dinner is quite expensive, pretty good for sure but in extremely small proportion. I paid 20€+ for 5 ravioli (standard size).
I would recommend this hotel for people who would work in the area and who would be there only to sleep. The area by itself is not really great, there is no public transportation and the service is really bad. You sleep well, but if you intend to do anything more at this hotel, I would recommend something else.
