Thank you for your most recent review. We are very sorry that we did not meet or exceed your expectations. As an exchange guest coming to our resort, your cabin assignment is done at the time you selected the resort, based on one of our owners giving their week to an exchange company. The owners of the cabin you occupied put their cabin into the exchange company, which then allowed you to exchange into Sea Club IV Resort. Unfortunately, the cabin you occupied, along with five other cabins located in the center of the building have small balconies but spacious interiors. As for the dated look, we are currently preparing for complete new interior packages which will include all new appliances, cabinets, countertops, upgraded TV’s to 40”, new bedroom furniture and much more. I am very sorry that you felt we would not work with you in an attempt on getting a different cabin, we were fully booked and had no other cabin available to make it possible to move you. When an exchange guest is arrives to their pre-determined cabin by your exchange company, we do everything possible to move them to a cabin with a larger balcony, unfortunately that always doesn’t happen. You didn’t mention the spectacular view s you had from your cabin. I do hope you enjoyed them.
