We love Atlantic Terrace. Have been staying and a unit owner for over 30 years. We've even bought a 2nd week. Small issues over the last couple of years, have added up to be kind of annoying. This year, the shower door leaked, the garbage disposal didn't work, the tub didn't drain, the ice maker sounded like fire crackers popping every time it finished dumping ice, the mattresses in the small bedroom are AWFUL. So many fewer utensils in the kitchen, no plastic bowls with covers (had to go buy to store cut fresh fruit), just so many little things. Having to be out of the pool area by Midnight, even when you are just sitting there, enjoying the night and ocean breeze, we are owners and should have more freedom. Probably the most aggravating is the key situation. Got to have a key to get in/out of everywhere. And have the time they didn't work on the beach gate. I realize it's for safety, but, it gets aggravating. What about key coded doors and gates. Every year we end up having to pay $25 for a cheap key because it's lost in the ocean. You have no choice but to put it on your are with the stretched plastic holder because you need it to get in and out of the beach gate, If you are only going out for a swim, no shoes, towel, no nothing to leave a key on, you have to take it with you. And every year at least one gets lost. Again, love Atlantic Terrace, and the staff. Everyone is friendly, and helpful. We feel at home there. Just some annoying issues that with as much money as we pay in fees, shouldn't be there.

Great heated pool and amazing hot tub. Unbeatable beach access. The beach is amazing. It's not crowded, the water is wonderful and the sand is soft. Can't beat it. My wife and my two boys (5 and 1.5yrs) had a great time. It's a short walk or drive to many different restaurants. The rooms are huge, the staff is super friendly and accommodating and the renovations are beautiful.
