“venture out of AC for a delightful.meal”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

We have been going to the Rams Head Inn for decades. I can only attribute the almost empty dining room to ignorance. The staff is welcoming and gracious. The building is lovely. This is dining - not having the food tossed at you a la most casino restaurants. Our meals were delicious and well prepared. My rack of lamb was perfect. I hope they are here for years to vome'

“Favorite at the Shore - Not to be missed.”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

Instead of hassling with crowds and parking and waiting forever for a table at small crowded BYO's elsewhere, take a short drive to the Ram's Head Inn. Food is delicious and presented in first class style. Excellent service. I had the best Margarita ever, and there are always some very highly rated wines at great prices. Decor is lovely. We enjoyed salmon tartare and several other appetizers. The duck is definitely delicious - crispy yet juicy. The chef here is outstanding - easily the best at the shore. Something for everyone. Classic elegance yet some updated choices as well. We will be back! Fresh-baked cookies served with your coffee are a very nice treat - yum.

“Hidden Gem”
Reviewed May 21, 2013

A real gem in the AC area. Been visiting for years and always a great experience. The food is consistently good and the service is outstanding. Real attention to detail that you do not see anymore; such as chilled salad forks and warm plates for entrees. Highly recommend for a special occasion but great for anytime dining also.

“Great Food and Service”
Reviewed May 10, 2013

We celebrated Mother's Day on Thursday night and had dinner at this wonderful restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent - attentive, warm and friendly. They have a 3 course prix fixe menu from Tuesday to Friday for $29.99 with a great choice of appetizers, entrees and desserts. Try the Little Neck Clams, Sirloin Grilled Steak, Chicken Pop Pie, Creme Brulee, and Cobbler. The restaurant has a big bar, outside seating and many different dining rooms for dinner and events. For our friends of the LGBT community, the restaurant has a Out Night from 6pm to 11pm every Monday with piano player, karoke and special bar menu offered..

“The meal was nothing too impressive.”
Reviewed May 9, 2013

I ate a family meal at the Ram's Head inn. It was overpriced for the food we got. The small portions over cook fish, no vegetable with some meals and salty wild rice. The best part of the meal was a little shot glass of free soup which I think was left over from a wedding they had that day. The dessert and coffee were also very good. The staff was accomodating and friendly. I told others I would go again for lunch or just drinks and appetizers, but I do not think I would for a big meal again, for me it was just not worth the price.
