Although the hotel is extremely expensive for the location and quality of the rooms, it does offer excellent facilities across the hotel. The room was okay, but it felt a little cheap and out-dated, not value-for-money considering the nightly rate of the rooms. The pool area, outdoor dining and alfresco section, and gardens are immaculate, it actually feels like a 5 star hotel, until you walk into the room. The hotel beach is rocky but at least the water was pristine. A 10-15min walk along the beach towards Leptokaria you will find beach clubs that offer better beach and loads of options for drinks and food, not forgetting the more vibrant atmosphere. We dined in Leptokaria, however we did have breakfast and lunch at the hotel which was nice. The amenities and facilities across the hotel are great, it has some excellent furnishing and décor that allows the hotel to look and feel very luxurious. There was no porter service for luggage, so I had to carry 4 large pieces of luggage to the room without any help from the staff at the reception that had a good time watching me with the struggle. Other than that, I rate the hotel 3.5 out of 5, purely because of the high cost that does not necessarily translate completely into the luxury it can offer.

I've been there just for a weekend. Very nice room, lightful, bright colours. Nice garden and sea view. Delicious dinner and rich breakfast. Luxurious lobby area. Lovely location for relaxing time. Polite, helpful, comlpaisant staff. A memorable stay!

Long weekend with family - paid for a mini apartment and ended up in small room which was basically acceptable but facilities were not. Open door policy to non hotel guests meant everyone flooded the hotel, pool, toilets (incl folk from the beach), with basic services resulting in a really underwhelming experience. Wifi not working; kids playroom closed (despite many families with kids there); pool used by all passers by...
Staff very polite and apologetic but open door policy made hotel into a cafeteria not worth the premium paid by residents...Would definitely avoid unless their policy changes.

As in the title, this place left me with mixed sensations. Here is why: firstly it is a nice, clean, good looking place. Even though is 150 meters from the pebble beach it is a quiet place. During the weekends become unbelievable crowded, but vivant. It has a nice pool, garden, kids area in the yard, and close to the restaurant a terrace; and a generous parking area. I'm quite confident it has a good meals too, but, and here it starts why I wouldn't return to this place, not for regular meals offered to those who decided for HB during their stay. The food has no taste. And it was, for ten days, almost the same. No imagination, no taste, man, for a 4+ stars hotel...With the sea at a stone's throw from, the only fish I remember was frozen Cod fish ? No mussels, no sea fruit except a tasteless rubbery squid, no other fish, hm...So for food, a big minus. One more thing: if in the morning, after the breakfast, you would like to enjoy your coffee bought from the restaurant, on the terrace, forget it. You have to buy another one from the bar terrace...other way they come up with some childish explanations just to make you leave....So, bottom line, good adventure at Olympus feet, nice time spent with family & friends, nice looking place, still need attention and work on service quality.

Room Tip: Rooms with sea view are shady in the afternoon, those with mountain view in the morning

We spend 7 amazing days in the resort. Very nice hotel, excellent service, the restaurant "Elia" had amazing flavors, the beach was very nice with clean water, the personnel was very helpful. We will definetly come again.
Strongly recommended!
