We were thinking about relaxing weekend, but everything went wrong from the beginning…Room was on ground floor where SPA was and humidity was enormous, all bed lining were wet. Hot water in shower u should wait 3 minutes minimum. Rooms are not clean, some furniture are missing already, no single paper with instructions for guests. Once we put “Please clean the room” and nobody has reacted for 3 hours, but while “ Please do not disturb” someone tried to enter the room with the key and knocked twice. Only where we could eat is restaurant – buffet dinner is awful and more expensive than a la cart !!! In buffet you can choose from defrosted stinky fish, hard meet and some vegetables, very poor choice of fruits and juices are from chemicals. Breakfast is better but also poor especially in vegetables and fruits. In restaurants menu are expensive and the same, while they advertise as two deferent rests. Waiters are slow and lazy – drinks you will wait 30 minutes even we were the only one in restaurant, the most surprising that waiter is cooking dishes !!! Pools are dirty and full of people on Saturday and Sunday who are coming from surrounding. Beach is close but dirty, not cleaned , full of butts and taps, other rubbish , also heavily crowded on weekend by people coming by cars. As culmination owner has celebrated with few hundred people his son wedding during Sunday night till 3 a.m. with loud greek music which resulted sleepless night for us and low school age children. For the question how comes that they sold us this weekend knowing that there is going to be private party Manager has answered that it is no problem and absolutely normal for Greece and only we complaint…. Finally it turned the worst weekend in our life and we do not want and recommend anyone to repeat our sad experience in this hotel which is not for guests and has no understanding what customer orientation means.

Very pleasant hotel. There are rooms with sea view and Olympos mountain view - very comfortable and new. The hotel and its territory is not big, but very nice. Quiet hotel for family vacation, but boring for young people, as the hotel is rather isolated and there is nowhere to go in the evening. The nearest places to see are Litohoro and Leptakaria (10 min by car)- but there is not so much of entertainment. The sea is 5 min walk from the hotel - gravy beach. The hotel food is rather good, but it's better to visit the nearest tavernas for seafood and national dishes. Generally, very good for a 4 star hotel, but too quiet and boring.

It may be the only option you have in Plaka of Litochoro to enjoy a (somehow) classy hotel. As it was inaugurated in year 2010, it still keeps the shininess of the new.
If you overlook some points that need better maintenance or more thorough cleaning you will have a quite satisfying stay.
The size of the facilities is relatively small, but it accommodates all that you may need: from pool bar to playground, from common use PCs to spa.
It may not be of the kind that may keep you confined for two weeks but it will certainly give you a comfortable stay and opportunities to explore the surroundings.
Spacious rooms.
Free WiFi at most areas (most of time)
Poor quality of breakfast ingredients. (This point certainly requires urgent improvement!!! No cost cutting on food quality please!!!) The chefs do what they can, but when it comes to the choice of the breakfast ingredients .... , the hotel fails.
Five-six options at the dinner buffet.
Classy restaurant for lunch.
Live music at weekend nights during the high season.
The ambience, decoration and furnitures is a mixture of post modern pieces, of a variety of designs, with elements of oriental, roman imperial, classic and modern design. The restaurant and pool bar are packed with furniture of several different styles, which gives the impression that they collected the whole stock of the contract furnishing supplier.
But still.... It is the best you can find in the area.
The pool is a great playing ground for the kids, but not really a pool in which you can swim. An always-alert lifeguard will keep an eye on you and your kids.
Be patient when waiting to be served by the pool. Snacks for lunch by the pool may suite you well.
Few meters away you may find the crowded beach, quite well organized.
Great staff at the reception. The chiefs of the staff are very active, kind and willing to serve you. Sometimes it may be hard to communicate with the non-native waitresses.
Rooms are not very quite, since the noise insolation is poor and there are loud speakers playing "lounge music" at the corridors, even during the noon siesta hours.
But still.... It is the best you  can find in the area.
The offered list price may be overpriced but look for a better offer at the Web.
I wouldn't mind to spend few more weekends there.

Suggestion to the hotelier: take care of the maintenance and kill the "lounge music" at the corridors.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms may be more expensive. Rear side, mountain view rooms are equally nice.
