We stayed here for a week. The flat is in an excellent location for everything you would need. Very close to the coast (sea views at breakfast), and there are lots of things to do locally. We went to river cottage, Lyme Regis and to the regatta at Beer which was fun. Had a lovely week and generally used the flat as a base to stay. It’s well equipped. We didn’t need to buy anything except towels as we didn’t realise they weren’t included. (To the owner- we’d happily pay more for towels and bedding to be included).
We only have minor issues. The shower was very feeble. Not a fault of the owner as I realise they can’t regulate water pressure but was difficult to wash properly. The windows are thin. The noise from outside kept me awake or woke me up every day. Again, I understand that you can’t control seagulls, but 5am every morning it was like being in an Alfred Hitchcock movie. Once the seagulls quietened down, the delivery vans and shop owners started crashing around- basically needs proper windows. My little girl struggled to use the cutlery as it’s odd shaped.
All in all, we had a lovely week and enjoyed our holiday. The flat is well placed, spacious and has all the home from home things you want but I’m tired now after a week of not much sleep due to the pub/club and the seagulls. With new windows this place would be a gem.
Thanks to linda and family. We had a great time x
We had a wonderful week in Seaton. The flat was very well equipped and had such lovely views of the sea. Prime location right in the centre although the stairs up to the flat were a bit of a struggle with our heavy suitcases! But that was probably our fault for overpacking! The only thing I would say is that negative is the shower. Very low pressure. Apart from that the flat is perfect for a stay in beautiful Seaton. We will most certainly be back.
Had a lovely holiday in Seaton. Lots to do and we had great weather. Easy walking distance to everything; harbour, seafront, coastal walks etc. Flat was very well equipped and clean. Only problem was parking which we got around by parking away from the town centre and as we only used the car twice it wasn't a problem to walk to it.
nice apartment everything we needed, plenty of nice eateries within a few minutes walk, the fact that towels are not provided should be made clear as we had to go and buy some on arrival, other than that everything else was fine
The location of the flat is excellent, with views down the street and to the sea from both the living room and double bedroom. The flat is spacious with everything needed on hand. It has a cosy, homely feel and you can certainly relax there unlike more 'pristine' places we have stayed.
Would certainly recommend it and will look to visit again.
One 'tip'. the 'double' bedroom has a kingsize bed, so be prepared for that as you need to have your own bed linen, we had to buy a sheet last minute.
Again, highly recommended..................

Never been to Seaton before, lovely little place, wonderful expanse of sea.
Flat lovely, very clean, everything you need including sky tv, and best of all a sea view from the living space and main bedroom.
Everything on the doorstep too, from shops, restaurants and bars, to supermarkets. 24 hr car park a 3 min walk away, and we parked 1 min away to unload and reload the car.
I can't wait to go back!
What a lovely flat, view straight down to the sea and located next door to a brilliant pub which served excellent food. The flat itself was very well equipped with comfortable beds, a lovely living room/kitchen/diner and with the bonus of Sky TV. A Co-op supermarket is two minutes walk away, and we parked in the car park to unload our luggage when we arrived. There is a long stay car park next to Co-op which we used all week. I would recommend a weekly permit at a cost of £25 to save some money. Also recommended are the cafe opposite the flat which did very good breakfasts and Frydays chip shop which was excellent, although the wait was 30 minutes due to its popularity. Would definitely stay in the flat again.
