We were going to go to the south causey over the road but it was packed and remembered the blue bell was opposite. I'm pleased we couldn't get in over the road as we had a lovely meal with generous portions. We've been a few times now and never had a bad meal and are always made to feel welcome. The staff are very friendly and you can't complain about the service. Blue bell it's been a while since We've been but your standards haven't dropped.

Living fairly local we'd never tried the Bluebell Inn before, instead opting for other establishments in the area which were more visible from the main road, and now feel like I've been missing out. Food was great, and very favourably priced, but the real bonus was the service, we were treated like friends the moment we walked through the door, and everyone from the owners to the waitresses all looked liked they were having a good time. Will be back soon.

We were booked into the South Causey Inn across the road but the other half spotted the Blue Bell Inn across the road so we thought we'd go check it out for a drink. Lovely warm welcome by the owner, lovely atmosphere, we didn't taste the food but it didn't matter, in the brief time we were there we got the warm cosy feeling in about an hour so would definitely recommend people to go, if you have great staff the race is already half won. Look forward to tasting the food next time, maybe you should consider accommodation :-)

Me & my husband go quite often to The Blue Bell and love the food and the atmosphere...particularly Eddy & Stuart! We took some friends last night as they had heard us rave about it so much and wanted to try it! Well they loved it too! The new menu is amazing and as always the hosts were brilliant!
