I stayed at this hotel due to an early morning business meeting in the area

Andrew was very welcoming and explained everything, he even recommended a local restaurant to get an evening meal and ordered a taxi

The Hotel is lovely, great attention to detail, the addition of a covered outside area to enjoy a drink whilst looking out on the gardens is genius and so peaceful

The double room was well proportioned with everything you would need including bathrobes, hairdryer and luxury toiletries and very clean

There was a varied selection for breakfast both hot and cold. I had poached eggs on whole meal toast which were cooked to perfection.

I couldn’t fault this hotel and would definitely visit again

My husband stayed here for a couple of nights and we thought that it was a rather nice place to stay. All of the staff were friendly and courteous, the room was clean, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable. There also seemed to be some hot water pipes that ran under the floorboards because even though the radiator was off and we had the window open all the time, it was rather warm in our room. It is situated on a rather busy road, so was quite noisy at night. But the breakfasts were cooked well and the back garden was very pretty.

Hi
Thank you for your kind comments , with regards to the hot water pipes as you appreciate we are a Victorian /Edwardian building and we try to be sympathetic to the period features , we could have supplied a fan if you had let us know as we are always happy to help when asked .
Many Thanks
Andrew

When looking for somewhere to hold our Mums 90th Birthday celebration we were recommended Alexandra Court Hotel. From the initial meeting with Lisa to discuss our requirements and of course to get Mums approval to the actual party I cannot praise this place enough, they certainly went the extra mile to ensure it was a special afternoon. The food was delicious, and those with special dietary requirements were fully met with equally tasty food. If you want fantastic food, wonderful customer service don’t look any further.

The hotel is lovely and our room was clean and modern with wifi and parking available at the hotel. Breakfast was lovely with really good quality ingredients. We stayed with our little jack Russell. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful. A really good team of people.
Would definitely recommend.

This, lovely, lovely, place is a true hidden gem, on the outskirts of Congleton. The ambience, is fantastic, as soon as you walk in. The decor, cleanliness, & welcome is first class. Myself, & dear friend, enjoyed a totally, beautiful afternoon tea, with the added bonus, of a table overlooking the beautiful garden. Lisa was a genuine, lovely, " front of house"...Quite simply, perfect.. Thank you to all, the staff involved. XX
