This is our "Local" and how lucky are we. Food, wine and atmosphere is excellent and never fails to deliver and never disappoints. They are always trying out new recipes and have a fun Ladies Night each month. A treasure indeed.

Our plans had to be changed today, so my Hubby and I grabbed the opportunity to return to The Sun Inn for lunch. We had visited once before with friends. We weren't disappointed, the establishment is immaculate, the staff friendly and the food is very tasty indeed. The only drawback if I was to be picky was the tiny window table that we had was exactly that, tiny!

This is a lovely Gastro pub if you are ever in the area, clever food served by enthusiastic staff. A credit to the industry. Looking for an excuse to stay overnight!

we have just been for our 4th visit and it didn't disappoint. All 3 of us had different dishes and all thought it was very good, no complaints about the service at all, it was attentive but not intrusive.
i'm fussy when it comes to my food and i was spoiled for choice on the menu. For the record the lightly curried halibut was fab, as was the fish n chips and the venison with game pie.

we'll be back!!!
