From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome.
Check in was fast and efficient, with breakfast offered as an extra(£5.95 for continental - £8.95 full breakfast).
This is a new premier inn (10 weeks old) so isnt suffering like some of the older ones. Inside the rooms they are standard Premier Inn fare.
Soap/ shower Gel is provided as is Tea,coffee etc.
Next to the hotel is a Pub( part of the brewers fayre chain i believe). This serves typical chain type food, we didnt eat there but those that did seemed happy enough.
Sarah the receptionist had great local knowledge and directed us to restaurants, shops etc. really nice to deal with....Premier Inn take note!
    Good location,good value- £62.
No hesitation in recommending if you're looking for a place to stay.

Stayed recently for two nights, very good budget hotel with friendly helpful people. Quiet at night & as others have commented located adjacent to a lake, coastal path & beach nearby,
    see http://www.millenniumcoastalpark.com/
Attached pub was very busy during recent hot sunny weather, it has a super setting with outside seating & play areas. Food is typical pub fare & reasonably priced.
    We would stay here again.

Had a lovely 2 night stay in this hotel. Was told when we arrived that it was only ten weeks old which was fab! Everything was clean and new. Staff were very friendly. Very comfy beds. Couldn't believe the setting, right next door to a beautiful lake which is unusual for this type of hotel, normally have a motorway to look out onto. Our room looked out onto the car park but there was no noise at all! Restaurant next door was pretty good, reasonable price, food was tasty but did have to wait a fair while for it.
Would fully recommend this hotel and will stay again :)

Booked 2 nights on the web at this hotel on our way to West Wales.
The hotel has only been open 8 weeks and is superb.I even got the best PI Rate of £29 per night
It is located by a lake and the Brewers Fayre Pub that adjoins the hotel has a lovely setting to sit outside. This pub does get very busy even with the locals eating and drinking on a sunny day.
Lets have a few more of these hotels in similar locations.

Room Tip: All rooms seem good

We stayed over the weekend. As other reviewers have said the setting is good - near the lake and far enough from the major road to be away from significant traffic noise. It's about a 5 minute drive from Llanelli centre & less than 10 minutes from the Trostre retail park. The hotel delivered what we have come to expect from a Premier Inn - good rooms, well maintained and staffed at a budget price.

This is a new Premier Inn, so everything is in excellent condition. The receptionist was friendly and handled our arrival well. The room was clean as was the corridor & reception area, both were also well lit. The room appeared to be a family room, having a couch which reduced the floor space, giving a more crowded feeling than when there's just a chair & side table. General lighting in the room was good - interesting to have ceiling lights which seemed to have vanished from hotels in recent years - though the bedside lights were only adequate & the ledges just big enough for a book. The room window didn't open (perhaps this was due to being on the ground floor), though it did have vents in the frame. There was a heating/ventilalation control, so there may be air-conditioning, but the weather wasn't warm enough to test this. The general system was good enough to clear the steam from the bathroom quickly after using the shower.

The adjacent restaurant (Sandpiper) is a Brewer's Fayre - we prefer the other PI options of TableTable or Beefeater, so this was the only real minus to this hotel.
