I have a yearly pass, which is very good value for money. I visit regularly and there is always something new to see.
plenty of lovely walks and the scenery is incredible.
Can seem a bit expensive to buy day tickets

The main reason we visited was because of the downy ducky days tours that were being held. We were lucky with the weather which made that day a lot easier the tour was ok mainly for older children who can sit through 3 20minuate talks. The best room was the egg room as we're got to see a duck hatching out of its shell and a few hours old baby duck which the children were allowed to touch. The main thing that ruined this was a middle aged women who kept pushing the children out of the way so she could get to the front and touch the duck and nothing was said by the workers there. The cost of the whole trip was extremely expensive admiration was rather steep had to pay an extra £1 for a bag of bird seed to feed the ducks and the prices in the caffe was out of this world cans were over £1 hot drinks were almost £2 as we're the ice creams.

Clean and well presented, lovely to get up close to the birds. Indoor area and cafe very nice. Busy at weekends and in the good weather but not overcrowded. Plenty of free parking.

Had a lovely day here with my 12 year old. Lots to see and do. Only disappointing thing was that the Canoe Safari wasn't open even though it was the Easter hols and a sunny day.
