Nice beach but most part is full of sea weed. The water is not clear, there are definately better beaches but this one has some really nice restaurants, bars and also toilett and showers. DONT MISS OUT on a hike to the peninsula next to the beach. Tje view is STUNNING!!! Pictures from our hike

This is a beautiful beach, with good shade and plenty of picnic benches. As a visitor with young children, the best feature is the water is very calm and the beach has a shallow gradient - the calmness of the water is as a result of the beach being sheltered by the lip of the bay and it's worth noting that the neighboring and more famous Anse LEtang has much more powerful waves.

The beach has a good parking lot, signposted from the main road and also plenty of on street parking. There is a restaurant at the end of the parking lot, an accessible boardwalk down to the beach and a short trail out to the headland.

Like many of the beaches in the area, watch our for the poisonous Manchineel trees.
