My wife & I visited this hotel in the off season & found the place to be good but not great. The nice thing is that this is pretty close to the train station, meaning that day trips into Venice are pretty easy. We drove and hit other parts of Italy, so we definitely needed a hotel off the beaten path where we could park (meaning there is no way we could stay in Venice). The rooms were clean and average size. The restaurant was good & reasonably priced. The hotel does have a sauna, steam shower & pool. The pool was unheated (but, it was October...so I think it was shut down for the season). Sauna & steam showers are pretty nice after a long day in Venice. There are some other restaurants within walking distance that are probably a better value than the one on site. I recommend the one next door. Also, I will say that we stayed at 2 other hotels during our vacation and this was by far the easiest to find.
