I loved this place. The room could easily host four people. It had all the amenities one might need even for a longer stay, from a hairdryer till all the kitchen appliances. Lover the terrace and the outside seating area. Recommendable!!

Our second stay in Palekastro, but first time at Sirines.
The apartment wax everything we hoped for. On the edge of an olive grove (not that that is unusual in this area!).
Location for village, town,tavernas, beach & mini markets is perfect and accommodation spacious, immaculately clean & peaceful (ignoring the cockerel!)
Will definitely be back to this oasis of calm.

A very warm welcome as we arrived to this beautiful location, the lovely lady even gave us some freshly laid eggs, the serenity is amazing, just sit and listen to the birds and the insects, relax in peace.
A lovely large apartment with just about everything you could need, to be self sufficient .
the apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
a 5 minute drive down the road and you have a practically empty beach, almost all to yourself (dont expect sunbeds etc, this is a beautiful free from tourism beach, although there are a couple of restaurants on the side)
5 minute drive in the other direction, apx 20 minute walk to Palekastro, where there are a few restaurants and bars and a mini supermarket
you are only apx 20 minute drive from Sitia
Sirines is actually right on the entrance of a beautiful village called Agathia and there are a couple of restaurants there, just a 3 or 4 minute walk into the vilage, is a lovely taverna called Agistri and we had a wonderful evening there with lovely food and friendly hospitality
walk a little further up into the village and you will find a convenience store, where you are so warmly welcomed and they could not be more friendly and helpful
Loved the whole experience at Sirines apartments
We returned to Sirines Apartments because we love the peace and quiet of the location, as well as the friendly welcome that we receive from the owners. This year the temperature was in the high thirty's, so the newly installed extra air conditioning was most welcome as we could get a good night's sleep despite the heat. As in previous years, we received gifts of cakes, eggs and olive oil on our arrival, and during our stay, which were delicious. A car is helpful as we like to vary our beach visits. Chiona is excellent for swimming, only excelled by Itanos, where the clear sheltered water is a delight both for swimmimg and snorkelling, with a myriad of fish to see. We hope to return again despite the worries of Brexit, and renew our friendships there.
This was the 2nd year running,we returned to the Sirines Apts..They are spotlessly clean,very spacious,and the owner is so very generous in supplying us with freshly laid eggs,vegetables, from her garden, and cakes that it would be impossible not to have a wonderful,relaxing time here.It is situated in the countryside,but accessible to a number of beautiful beaches nearby,where you will have a stunning swim! But, night time is so quiet that it's relaxation at its best! The most important feature for us is that its so near so many really good restaurants,within walking distance.
We returned to Sirines Apartments for the third year running, and our welcome was just as warm as ever. The apartments are very well appointed, in a stunning location and we love to sit in the veranda looking out over the olive groves as we sip our evening aperitif. The addition of mosquito screens last year was a blessing, as we can leave windows open to enjoy the cooling breeze without unwelcome insects. Evangelia is a wonderful host and kept us supplied with eggs, olive oil and vegetables from her own garden. We look forward to returning, health permitting next year!
