“Excellent location!”
Reviewed October 16, 2013

We visited Oniro twice during our visit to Paphos, both times for lunch. They have an interesting and varied menu, I absolutely loved the home made lemonade! The shipwreck and sea caves make is an excellent setting. The only slight downer is that they don't open till 12noon, it would be an ideal place for a morning coffee!

“Atmospheric”
Reviewed October 14, 2013

Tis is a blissful and calming place to retreat to. It is right on the coastline near to the sea along from the sea caves. It is always busy but they make room for you. Unusual food and great drinks including the Aphrodite beer which we discovered here . Had a spicy lamb wrap and salad and it was lovely. Defiantly worth a trip one lunchtime and the atmosphere is just great almost Cafe del Mar like in fact they are missing a trick coz at the height of summer it would be a great sundowner venue.

“Lovely Place”
Reviewed October 14, 2013

Been to Cyprus 4 times, first visit to Oniro, heard about it from the the owner of a villa we had stopped at, and it is exactly what he said it is a great spot to have to enjoy the view, have a drink and a snack. The view is beautiful, the crashed oil tanker is the reason oniros exists despite what some of the reviewers have put on in the past. The place closed down through lack of custom and then re - opened due to the amount of people viewing the tanker, any way history lesson over, if you want a beer in a nice location and watch a great sunset and have a snack with your drink then this is the place to come to, you will get good service from nice staff and well prepared snack to go with your beer or wine, i will definiatley be going back to look at the view again and enjoy a beer and some food in nice surroundings served up by nice people.

“Idyllic”
Reviewed October 13, 2013

Well, we can see why this establishment holds the No1 TA rating in the area. I can't imagine a better setting to enjoy lunch or early evening "sundowner" - stunning. That aside, the food and service are also first class - one of us usually went with the special for lunch - whatever it was, it invariably delicious. This is a gem of a place - we loved everything about it
