We looked at staying at this hotel and after three days of trying to speak to someone about booking x3 rooms we were told the hotel policy is minimum 5 days stay (!)
We have travelled around the world and never heard of a hotel looking for minimum stay in September...
Good luck to them

Great location and fantastic facilities. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Full size Olympic pool that was used for Olympic training. Direct access to the beach with sun loungers. Pool bar that serves great food all day.

Not 5 star, all inclusive option is not good value. It is only 3 times per day. The drinks stop at midnight. You can get fresh oranges but Have to pay for orange juice. You can get a Greek coffee at the bar but not at the restaurant. Overly complex

Dear Virtualrhino1,

Thank you for staying at the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort but clearly from the above rating your expectations did not meet with out hotel standards.

You do not explain why you have given us such a low rating other than serving meals 3 times a day and drinks by midnight , where this applies in all hotels everywhere for the All Inclusive guests.

We assume you enjoyed the rest of the hotels location, facilities and rooms and therefore hopefully welcome you back in the future.

Kind Regards,

Coral Beach Hotel & Resort Management

Visited following our Golden Wedding.Met by Katerina who showed us to our room. Room was newly renovated, on the bed was two towels in the shape of a heart with red pettles and a vase of red geranium on the table, such a nice touch.
Bed and pillows very comfortable, good quality bed linen, towels and bath robes.Room was cleaned daily to a high standard by a lovely lady. Toiletries replenished daily also the hospitality tray. Choice of tea's supplied, i used the green tea on the first day and every day after extra green tea was supplied.
The setting of the hotel and it's grounds are lovely. All public areas beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. No problem with lack of sun beds.
The main asset of the hotel is the service and quality of its staff, especially Katerina on customer relations.
During the third week of our visit we went to stay with relatives in Nicosia, Katerina ensured our room was double locked until our return.
The food was fine and plentiful although could have been hotter at times.
The only complaint concerns the lack of a dress code in the dining room in the evening.it is advertised outside the dining room that men are allowed Bermuda shorts, no sports shorts.one evening we observed an English gentleman turned away wearing red checked knee length shorts and a button through shirt with a collar. Ten minutes later a Russian guest was admitted wearing black Adidas sports shorts, sleeveless t shirt and flip flops. In the same party was a man wearing red striped swimmers which we had seen him wearing in the pool earlier in the day.in my opinion the rules should apply to all. In fact a five star hotel should only allow long trousers in the dining room in the evening.
The dining room issue is the only complaint we had. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

On such a special occasion as your Golden Wedding Anniversary we are delighted to know it was what you expected.

All our guests are informed regarding the dress code matter at our restaurants but we will look into the matter for future reference.

Coral Beach was a super place to stay for 10 days and relax. It was early in the year so somethings were not open yet, but still we relaxed by the pool, enjoyed the all inclusive food options, and had fun with the French animation team (particularly Lucile and Jean Marc who accommodated the English speakers really well!). The location is fab, with a bus stop outside (615 takes you to the heart of Paphos via Tomb of the Kings), car hire, mini market and taxis all on hand right outside. It has tennis, squash, table tennis, indoor and outdoor pools and more for the sporty. There is a private beach, a place to book all manner of watery entertainment ( we took a boat to the Blue Lagoon and swum in the Med there) and it is a 15 minute walk to Coral Bay main drag with shops bars and restaurants). The staff were helpful and professional, and we were made to feel welcome all the time. It was enjoyed by grandparents, us and our 7 yr old, all vowing to return!
