“Nice property - good views”

We stayed at the property for 7 nights in peak season. It was great value for this time of year. The property was very clean and well maintained and a couple of issues were sorted pretty much straight away without fuss.
Peyia is ideal for me as I am a runner and cyclist and you can immediately set out up the hills and mountains to explore the rest of the island and close enough to Paphos to enjoy its unique charms.
If you go do check out nearby Kathikas as it is a lovely little stone paved village with a nearby winery.

“Fabulous apartment, sea views, peaceful.”

Stayed for three weeks in September. Apartment was spotless, spacious and well equipped.Stunning views. Plenty of info. Regarding surrounding area.village within walking distance of the village . A few restaurants. Supermarket. Bank Bakery etc. Lovely atmosphere in the Mill. Also the Grande, supersized glasses of wine and a large beer only 5 Euros. Also nice food. Greek music, and several TVs showing different channels without the sound.Family run and very friendly. You are probably better hiring a car to go further afield. Coral Bay is only 5 mins.Plenty of bars and some nice restaurants on the strip.A fantastic chippy to eat in or take out. Lovely homemade pies and the whitest cod ever seen. A large supermarket and a lovely beach. Pathos about 15 mins in car.Lovely harbour and castle.great walks along by the sea. Lots of history and Archeological sites. Neil is very easy to deal with and has a lady called Fiona close by if you need anything. Can not fault anything about the apartment or the owner. We loved it so much, that we have booked to go for a month next year.

Liked best: The views and peaceful location and cleanliness of the apartment.
Liked least: Pool was down quite a few steps, no problem if you're not a Pensioner.

“Lovely, well equipped apartment with beautiful view”

Modern, clean apartment in a quiet village location, exactly as shown in photos, beautiful view of the coastline from the balcony
Very well equipped kitchen, wifi, music system, bed very comfortable.
Nice communal pool, which I had to myself each time I used it - there are a few flights of steps to get to it which would be a problem for the less mobile.
Lots of local shops in the village for supplies, 25-ish minutes drive from Paphos and 15 mins drive from Coral Bay.
Owner was very helpful, communication was quick and clear. Apartment took a little while to find, but that was because I didnt read the owners instructions properly!

I'd recommend a car to get out and about, its quite a walk, even to the village. My car meant I could find the more secluded beaches (if thats your thing).

I recommend:
*Latchi, small village with excellent resturants, boat trips and a lovely quiet beach.
*The beach at Agious Georges, which was completely deserted apart from a snack bar and a few fisherman.
*The archaeological park at Paphos, a World Heritage site with wonderful mosaics, but go early morning or late, it gets very hot!

In my opinion its not suitable for people with mobility issues due to the stairs to access the apartment and the pool.

oh - and if you're from the uk you don't need travel plug adapters, cyprus is 3 pin...!

“Clean, comfortable appartment in a peaceful location with a beautiful view!”

The accomodation was exactly as it appears in the photos, very attractively decorated, well maintained and clean. It was well kitted out and the bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely chilled stay. The apartment owner was very helpful and answered queries and requests promptly and pleasantly. Our deposit was returned a couple of days after our stay!
The apartment is situated in the quiet village of Peyia with lots of choice of eating places some of which have excellent live entertainment. Most self catering needs are met locally as there are a wide variety of shops and supermarkets including, bakers, fresh fruit, veg and meat. Nearby Coral Bay has more eating places and entertainment and caters for a mixed age range. The coast is beautiful and lovely for swimming. There are lovely walks in the Troodos mountains where it can be a fair bit cooler if you need to escape the heat for a while.

Lovely nicely decorated apartment with really great sea views. Very clean and great facilities. Air con in every room, plenty of towels sheets etc. hair dryer, iron and board, cleaning equipment, DVD player with some DVDs, iPod docks etc. very well equipped and really comfortable too. Nice communal swimming pool which is very quiet and barely used. Quiet and peaceful, In an ideal location, if you have a car it's a very short drive from the village centre (which has plenty of shops, supermarkets, bakery, restaurant/bars etc.) and from coral bay beach (which is a lovely sandy beach). Also about 10 minutes drive from Paphos where there is the harbour the new mall and plenty of fun things to do for families. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for a lovely stay!
