It’s not the top end of the scale but the food’s good, good chef and it’s reasonably priced. The owners only took over a year or so ago and said how quiet it was in September and how the recession is really biting, especially with the Portuguese. The staff are friendly and while eating in the alley isn’t ideal, it was pleasant in the warm evening. As the interior was quiet, there wasn’t much ambience in there but if it was busy it would be nice.
