We chose such the Costa Lindia Beach Resort as he was sponsorised as Alpitur Resort (Bravo Club) and we thought it could be a guarantee of quality. It was not a cheap holiday.
As we entered in our family room (at 01:30 a.m.) accompanied by one of the Bravo Club entertainer, we noticed that there was a big and black beetle near to the bed. We set on our air conditioning system and just after 1 minute the air flap fell down, the bed linen were torn and the bathroom were very bad maintained. The Alpitur Assistant help us to find a good solution in order to not waste our holiday. The outside of Resort was never been right clean and some swimming pools had very dirty water. Restaurant: I cannot say we have bad eaten but in 7 days we eat always the same!
It is a pity because as construction itself the Resort is wonderful but the Costa Lindia people should take much more care about it if they want that it will be suggested!
Rhodes island is very nice and we will take the opportunity to re-visit it but, by ourselves (home made trip).

It really shouldn't be a 5 star hotel.
we ordered 2 rooms.
one was under ground!!! and smelled from Sewerage.
the second one had a broken A/C (35 degrees celsius)
they could not fix it nor change our room.
reception staff were rood (Vicki & andria ) and ignored our requests to check the room.
food was terrible.
bar was miserable.
water slides maintenance was in bad shape.
we moved to another hotel (princess andriana-amazing) and later found another couple who did the same.

Room Tip: no can do.

+ The hotel is predominately for Italian guests (nice staff of Italian Bravo group - bravo! but only in Italian), and there are a lot of Russian families, Greek and some German. The hotel has public areas are well planned and appointed. The sea just after the hotel is clear and ideal for families with young children.
+ Our double room was on the 6th level, cleaned daily, with terrace and balcony, two bathrooms and two jacuzzi, just a few meters from the pools (they have 7 pools and 4 bars), children loved it! Even though it was high season and the hotel was fully booked it did not feel crowded at all. The beach had a lot at vacant sunbeds. Nice location and a car rental is just across the street. Perfect for day excursions. About 10 minutes to Lindos and 1 hr to Rhodes town.
+ The staff were all so helpful around the resort. Liked very much the girls on the reception, Natalia and Martina, which are working so hard. The size of the hotel made it very friendly and like being at home. The pool was a great temperature, clean and enough sun loungers for all to enjoy the great surroundings of nice garden.
- guests should be aware that many of the services are not available, such as the spa (no sauna, jacuzzi almost doesn't work), Internet service, a la carte restaurant (you have to fight a little to get a table, to get an omelet, to ask for service, etc).

- Food was really not tasty but what expected at a full board/all inclusive hotel. But a 5 star resort whose restaurants did not have any wine selection and only simple list of beverages in bars. They don't even have Metaxa available.

- The hotel management was extremely reluctant to resolve these issues but this type of guest service is not expected from a hotel that promotes itself as a 5-star with free Wi-Fi in all hotel area. No free Internet at all and more of this - they want money for every IPhone, IPad or laptop, i.e. "each price for one device".

Dear Alexandros (General Manager), we are all not in the 21st century?

More:
- not enough space for facilities in bathroom and not enough light there.
- very poor drainage system - water is staying in sink and bath.
- very complicate system of getting and exchange of beach towels.
- safe box is only by fee.
- very strange approach to order a massage, which was not bad at all, but the massage table was inappropriate for massage - no pillow for legs and no open space for face.

Reservations in the hotel could be made for two of three cuisine themed restaurants (Italian, Greek and Arabic). Not impressed at all.
We ate out near Airport in little town, Paradise, at a great place called Depnos Taverna. It was so tasty, attractive with nice service.

And.. I forgave them for everything at the last night of our staying there when was amazing evening of Greek music and dance:)) Loved it.

Just came back from a family holiday. we spent 5 days at this hotel. The beach was very nice, but the hotel itself was a disaster... the maintenance level is very low, the food was a disaster and the overall impression was very bad. I personally prefer staying in low cost hotels, but when I pay for a 5-star hotel I expect to get one...
