A completely charming place for lunch, not like the other more commercial establishments on the same beach, with identical menus and music. The totally charming Angela is front of house, with her sister behind the counter, her small daughter helping out with waitressing and mama is in the kitchen cooking up a storm. Yes, it doesn't look much but that isn't what it's all about. It's the atmosphere and the welcome. Most of the produce is from their own garden, with fresh specials every day. Food highlights include the Greek-style burgers which are delicious and home made, whitebait cooked in tomato and heavenly lamb mince wrapped in lettuce with lemon sauce. My two fussy boys wolfed down mama's cheese pie. We visited every couple of days and never failed to receive a genuine welcome and attentive service. It's authentic and you don't find much of that about these days!
