We wanted something better than the usal offering and we found it at the end of town near the church.
Lo and La's.
The decor and setup is modern with a couple of quirky touches.
The menu has Greek food but also Italian influences.
The meal starts with dipping oil and vinegar, butter and smoked fish and garlic roe with pistachio which was delicious.
I had seafood spaghetti and is the best I have eaten not only in Greece but the Uk.The sauce was rich with tomato, parsley and lots of seafood.Clams, mussels, shrimps, prawns, octopus etc.
My friend wanted something simple after a day of octopus and Greek salad so had grilled pork with pepper sauce which he had served separately...with a nice salad and fried parmentier potatoes.
Go.... it's got a great view over the port and is much better than the usal fair you will find all over Skiathos.
