stayed in June on a late dea for 1 week and would definately return to hotel. Located on a slight incline, and is only slight so not sure why many saying on a hill!!! its tucked away from the hustle but so close to walk in to. approx 10 min walk to the beach. We stayed self catering so cant comment on food at hotel.
Many restaurants in resort to chose from and cant say we had a bad meal. one of the favourites being Popeyes and Andrew greeting us and looked after us well.
Did the turtle trip with local agent and was fantastic half a day out. Also did the shipwreck trip which was fantasic and they also take you to a village restaurant run by an elderly couple who's hospitality is second to none.

Overall great trip great stay and would return to Tsilivi

Stayed here in May using Tesco vouchers so didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised whilst at the pool I was surfing the net and found a bargain for this Oct so we visited again. Self catering apts have all you need to be self sufficient if you need to be. Little shop with water etc at sensible prices friendly staff etc etc Remember this is Greece so don't expect Dubai 5star luxury. This Hotel is a great base for Tsilivi and discovering Zante.

We stayed in October 2012, lovely friendly staff would do anything to make the stay enjoyable. It was in a great location near all the restaurants, bars and shops. Our room was comfortable and had it cleaned and new bedding and towels everyday! Will be going back.

Stayed here in July 2012 as part of a wedding party on a bed and breakfast basis. The hotel is just up from the town and the approach is a rather short steep hill which could cause some difficulty for elderly or inform. The hotel is staffed by lovely friendly people who will go out of their way to ensure you have a good time. Our room was at the back of the hotel so that we had a sea view. It was kept very clean with fresh towels and sheets daily. I suppose because Greece is in the middle of a credit crunch you have to pay for your air conditioning and your safe. If you wanted the television you had to rent the remote!
The swimming pool was very nice - lots of sun beds but possibly too small for the size of the hotel. The pool bar was very reasonable and cooked food to order. The breakfast were very dissappointing - never varied - not good quality which in a land that has so much to offer was bad. Did not eat there in the evenings so I cannot comment on them.
The town of Tsilivi is quite small but had some of the best restaurants I have ever been too abroad - Olive tree and Family Restaurant to mention just two. There is also a patisserie in the town that did incredible coffee and wonderful cakes. If you walk down the main street and take the left hand fork when you get to the beach road keep going for a few hundred yards and you come across a pool bar called Piscina. You can use the pool, sun beds etc and facilities for free but you must buy all your food and drink from the bar and it was brilliant. Lovely location and bar staff who serve lovely food and drink very quickly.
I had a good week here and would recomment the hotel.

Room Tip: Steep hill at entrance - rooms at back have sea view.

Stayed here for a week with a friend and my 22 month daughter... We had a. Amazing stay here staff couldn't do enough for us. Everything we needed, we got with no hassle. Everyone greeted us morning and night and made us feel welcome.
Was a great location too.

The only slight thing I would recommend is that there should be a sign near the baby pool asking people not to smoke as people were laying there smoking and leaving there butts on the floor...

Room was cleaned every day & the cleaners were lovely...

Big thanks to jackie and the dark haired receptionist that reali looked after me and my friend whilst we stayed here.. Will def return and personally as a 3 star I think this hotel could teach 5 * a thing or too!

Great xxx

We stayed here from 27th Sept. for 14 days in a 2 bed apartment. It was large and very comfortable. we had a small problem and it was dealt with immediately. The reception staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks Tina, Jackie Emmy Steve and Yiannis for all your help.
