Stunning location, crystal clear sea water, great Animation team, staff could with a little more of a friendly attitude, especially reception and lunch area. Rooms basic but clean. Pool fractionally on the small side vs. amount of children. Weather amazing and once again, but worth mentioning twice, the view is unrivalled.

We (me and my husband) spent 2 weeks in Nissaki Beach in August 2014. Hotel is almost 40 years old, but it is comfortable, with clean rooms, well isolated from noise. We were on half bord, satisfied with the restaurant. Beverage is expensive if you are not on all-inclusive. Beach is large, not too crowded, which is a plus. The hotel is isolated, the place is quiet, adequate for those who want to relax. Suitable for families with children. The sea is sensitive to weather, temperature may drop quickly. I think August is the best month to enjoy a warm sea.

Room Tip: Avoid 5th floor, as the reception is above it, and is noisy from time to time.

Brilliant hotel .Perfect ! except for one thing ,bees !there are bees every where at this hotel. The hour we arrived my mother was stung, she has never been stung by a bee in her whole entire life, but the amount of bees there are actually disgusting.I've read all of the reviews and how not even one talk about the bees is truly shocking, people were getting stung all the time, small children included which was very sad and not to mention dangerous. the food iS lovely views perfect but the bees there are ridiculous, please take a repellant along with you, we had no idea to bring one.

Room Tip: i think all rooms have its own goo things about them

This hotel is quite secluded but if you want to get out and about you can hire for as little as 55 euros, we hired one with air con for 65 euros through the hotel reception. when we arrived at the hotel we were blown away by the location and the breathtaking surroundings. the hotel is spotless! check in was easy and pleasant and the concierge showed us to our room. there was myself, my partner and my two children ages 5 and 7. The rooms are large and spacious with fresh towels and linen done daily, views overlooking the sea it was very picturesque. all the rooms are air conditioned controlled by a thermostat on the wall which was a god send at night but also kept the room pleasant throughout the day. everyone from the cleaners to the bar staff, waiting staff, management, entertainment team everyone was so pleasant and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. the food was amazing, every morning a full range of cooked and continental breakfast, lunch in the pool side restaurant means you dont have to travel far to eat and drink in the day and the restaurant at night was amazing, no 2 dishes ever the same! my kids ate loads, they even tried foods they had never seen before and enjoyed it. The cleanliness was impeccable in this place, cleaners could always be seen and the whole place was constantly maintained. The Animation team lead by Stellar was superb, a show every night and mini disco for the kids, pool aerobics in the day, archery etc there was always loads going on. very entertaining. The pool, OMG the pool! what a pool, it was never over crowded and was amazing. we hired a car for one day for 65 euros and travelled around the island visiting corfu town etc, everywhere is easily accessible and can be organised through reception. but if you dont want to leave the hotel there is plenty there to keep you occupied. this place caters for all your needs and I cannot recommend it enough. I would like to thank the management and the whole team at Nissaki Beach hotel for making our stay so wonderful we felt like we were staying with friends and we look forward to returning next year. Thankyou Mr J Findler rm111

yes! we all knew before booking that this hotel is remote, so if you're slagging off the location, try reading the hotel information before you book!

this holiday was the best family holiday we have ever had, Despite 'on the beach' messing up on on our room allocation (we paid for 8 people, but they only told the hotel 7). The general manager Spiros was a real gentleman, he dealt with our accommodation issues in a tactful and non-judgemental manner, ensuring that our holiday was really enjoyable (which it was).

The food was excellent and a great choice, very well presented and was delicious.

The rooms were superb, cleaned to a high standard, the fresh towels every day.

The pool and surrounding area was beautifully clean (however watch out if you're wearing your best cozzy, as chlorine levels are high and the pool has dyed our swimsuits yellowish - not a problem for us!)

The sea was beautiful and clean, however a little painful (due to the pebbles!) to enter, but a small price to pay for the wonderful swimming experience you will encounter.

The waiting/bar staff (pool side and restaurant) were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them.

I would highly recommend this lovely relaxing hotel, I hope to return one day in the future.

Thank you Spiros and your Team for making our holiday so enjoyable!

Room Tip: Rooms at the front have lovely sea views, although may be noisey as near to the entertainment.

Nissaki Beach Hotel
I recommend this hotel to people who enjoy spending their holiday in peace and quiet. Nissaki beach hotel is located quite far away from shops and restaurants. The hotel is located near a really peaceful and picturesque village Nissaki (one needs to cover 600 m uphill to get to Nissaki) and is surrounded by green mountains with thousands of olive trees . Near the hotel there is a bus stop from where it is possible to travel to Kerkira – the capital and sightsee the rest of the island. There is also a hotel bus which goes to the capital at 9 am and comes back to the hotel at 2 pm but it must be booked at least 2 days before. The food is good (the best option is ‘all inclusive’ because otherwise the beverages and dishes seem to be a little overpriced) , the hotel service really nice, friendly and helpful. The greatest advantage of this place is the fact that the views from the hotel are stunning. It has own beach right next to the hotel (a deckchair on the beach costs about 4 euro per day, deckchairs by the pool are free of charge). There are a lot of activities such as water polo, darts, zumba, aqua gym, volleyball, mini disco for children run by the entertainment team. Every evening there are some performances and shows on the main stage such as a cabaret show, live music or Greek evening. The are many different nationalities but it seems that the hotel is mostly visited by the German, French and Russian guests. I got a creaking bed that's why I assessed my sleep quality as avarage.

Room Tip: Choose a room with the frontal or side sea view. It's really worth spending a few euro more and...

+ A quiet place surrounded by mountains and olive groves. Service is quite good. Free shuttle bus to Corfu (once a day). Spacious, nice rooms. Clean sea, quiet bay.

- The hotel is very far from the shops and restaurants. The cost of food and beverage greatly exaggerated. 3.8 Euro per 0.5 liters of beer, when a similar beer in the store costs 1.2 euros. Water is 1.6 Euro per liter, when the same water in the store 0.3 Euro per 1.5 liters. The beach consists of a large stone, which greatly complicates the entrance to the sea. Sunbeds near the sea fee. The food in the restaurant is not allocated diversity. For breakfast every day sausages. Fried, boiled, sliced and fried, pasta with sausages, sausage rolls. Where do they take them so many ??? For young children, there is nothing at all. With children up to three years, to find food to be problematic. Very poor soundproofing rooms. Overall, the hotel with big ambitions, which are generally not justified.
