“Very friendly hotel, returning next year”
Reviewed August 28, 2011

We stayed B&B altough there are also self catering apartments. The room was basic, bed, sofa en-suite bathroom with shower but very clean and serviced evey day. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool has fantastic views over the beach. The food was generally very good, when we ate dinner in the hotel the portions were huge and very reasonable. Breakfast was a little disappointing as limited choice on B&B menu - obviously cost saving. Airconditioning was not included in the price - an extra 35 euro's payable to the hotel.

Teresa Hotel and Apartments - what can i say it is run by a fantastic family, has fantastic views and lush rooms, they have a Greek night/ BBQ once a week where the whole family dance for you and everyone joins in, it is well worth a look even if your not staying in the hotel for 10euros each its a bargain with the food and entertainment. we enjoyed are stay so much we are going back in October, we go to Greece every year and this is by far the nicest hotel we have stayed in the restaurants in San Stefenos are also very good and there is lots to off. The beach is fantastic and well looked after, you can hire sun loungers for the day, eat looking onto the beach and best of all there is a choice of water sports parachuting was fantastic thanks to Captain Nikos and the boys!!!

A great place theres no doubt about that, What we did find is that we were on the ground floor looking out onto the pool and during the day you have all the people right on your doorstep and you couldn't relax, At night time they are in the restaurant looking over at you so we found ourselves not spending a great deal of time there! The greek night is 10 euro (if your staying there) and it's money well spent for the entertainment and food you get for your money.....San stefanos on the other hand is a small and boring town with nothing to do,Nowhere to go and was rubbish so we hired a quad from down the road and it was a life saver but get a quad quick because the next day they were all gone!

Stayed at the Teresa before and going back again this year (2011) family run place always wery friendly and helpful, the Greek night that Leo, Fannis and their dad put on is a must, only a small resort but plenty of places to eat and drink in every night, the views from the front apartments (self catering) are breathtaking. Very clean but basic, but it is Greece after all. This is the only resort we have gone back to three times and have recommended it to all our friends and family.

.... but only if you're in the self catering block, which is at the front. The people in the back block had very little if any view from their rooms. We had a big, two room apartment on the top which was great, and the view from the balcony was absolutely fantastic. Aircon pricey at 50 euros per week. There were also sticking out beams on the balcony on which we bashed our heads several times. Being at the 'end of the line' for water the shower was often a bit weak, indeed faded to nothing more than once. There was a wasps nest on the roof right outside the door, but the owners did their best with it after we mentioned we had rather a lot of unwelcome visitors. The sheets were only changed twice in two weeks. BUT, that was all minor stuff as the place itself was just what we wanted, near the beach but away from the noise. We didn't spend time at the pool or bar, ate there once and it was fine. Would I go back - definitely!

This is without doubt a little bit of heavan on earth. Leo and fanis and the family can't do enough to help and the complex is great.

The bed and breakfast is great and the rooms are great with real actual shower cubicles, yes in Greece.

The greek night is a must real dancing and plenty of entertainment.

This place is worth every penny.

Teresa Apartments are a really lovely place to stay. The staff are friendly without being over the top. The pool is a good size and temperature. The rooms are basic but clean and the beds are comfy.

No complaints at all really. It is on a hill but the payback for this is a great view of the amazing sunset every night. This more than makes up for the walk. The food is good but there are so many fantastic places to eat in San Stefanos that it would be a shame to eat at the same place every night.

Overall I would highly recommend Teresa's.
