“Blown away”
Reviewed July 28, 2014

Ate here twice it was soooo lovely also had the same starter twice, prawns with chilli and ginger on toasted bread the juices soaking into the bread was divine and for main I had beef roulades to die for hubby had chicken stir fry with meatballs for starter also very nice....I think this was the only restaurant with no 1/2 litre of house red on the menu so I had to suffer and have a bottle (hubby drinks Mythos) the wine was very nice and the service very good with owner Sue having a chat with us. The view is fabulous and though a little more expensive than some other tavernas its worth it I would definitely recommend this place.

“Fantastic evening”
Reviewed July 24, 2014 via mobile

Found the Beachcomber on the last night of our holiday! Fantastic views watching the sunset, very friendly staff and tasty, well presented food - not to mention the homemade chips - a rarity these days!! We will be back next year!

“Greek fusion!”
Reviewed July 21, 2014

The best of 5 restaurants we visited. Definitely not authentic Greek but very good food with a Greek flavour. Absolutely the best view across the bay. It was the most expensive at 45 Euros for 2 x 3 courses including house wine but the best value

“A cut above the rest!”
Reviewed July 21, 2014

Beachcombers is the perfect place to watch the sunset from the outside elevated seating area whether you are a couple, family or group of friends. The food is not your usual Greek fayre and it makes a welcome change if you fancy something a little more special in beautiful surroundings. The food is always well presented, plentiful and extremely tasty. There are some well thought out vegetarian options too. The wine is also very good here and the prices of food/drink are on par with local taverna's.
The staff including the lovely Sue are always polite, friendly and courteous and will help you with your food choices if need be.
A truly and delightful dining experience!

“Average 80's bistro style menu”
Reviewed July 19, 2014

Ate here a few times whilst on holiday. It doesn't do the usual traditional Greek meals. It styles itself as a bistro.

It would be bistro but menu would be more bistro 80's the 200's

For example starters such as prawn cocktail, garlic mushrooms, chicken wings etc
Deserts such as Pavlova etc.
Saying that a decent meal at not a reasonable price
