We were a party of 7 4 adults and 3 children 14 10 and 6. Just returned from an amazing week here warmly welcomed by Spiros when we arrived. He showed us to our rooms. Rhe views from the wonderful clean well kept pool area were amazing. Drinks and food amazing good prices too. Yiannis in the evenings is a star too always saying hello to all when he arrived. Bbq evening was worth it too.
The rooms are.spacious and clean. Maid service was great stayed 7 days she came in most days and fresh towels every other day.
Walk to the beach is 15 mins and resort. The views on the way especially at sunset are breathtaking.
Amazing holiday for my 40th we will be back very soon.

I finally have uploaded my pictures of our holiday onto my PC and it has just left me feeling very emotional. I have been on many holiday's, but I have never been on a holiday were it has left such a special place in my heart. I can go on about the rooms and the location, but you can read that from other reviews. I just want to make sure that people know that you will be making friends. You have staff/friends that truly make you feel like they care and I can only assume it's because they really do. On many occasions I noted first hand of (don't want to call them staff) our friends going out of their way to help us. Such a humbling experience to what we are used too. Our guard is normally up to make sure that we do not fall into tourist traps, but we are still in touch and we can not wait to return.

Because of the friendly atmosphere, it brings repeat guests, some who have been coming for decades. I asked if they get bored of the same thing, but said they regret when they have gone other places and I totally get that.

See you soon friends.

Had the last week of the season and for us in an ideal resort and apartments. These apartments although basic, the best basic I've ever seen everything was lovely and clean. The bathroom was luxurious compared to a lot of the Greek bathrooms, maid service everyday, linen changed alternate days, well equipped kitchen area. The pool and bar area are gorgeous again spotlessly clean. Made to feel so welcome by our brilliant barman Yannis and all staff, loved everything about this place. We rented a car that made travelling round the island so easy as it is rather hilly. Oh and you can actually drive onto the beach in this resort. Great!!!!!

where to start.. as soon as we arrived we were met by spiros who showed us to our room. we then had a lovely lunch and later on met yiannis .spiros and yiannis are fantastic barman and i loved the way every night when yiannis came in he walked around and said hello to everyone around the pool (try his mojitos) . our room 20 was really big with basic things for self catering and a television, everything was clean the maids did a great job,( and yes you do need to take your own toilet paper)
the whole area outside and around the pool area was spotlessly clean with plenty of sunbeds a nice seated area and fantastic views. the lamb kleftiko night is a must, it was the best meal we had in san stefanos and we weren't the only ones to say so..
walking around this resort is fantastic especially the walk to arrilas and through the olive groves. i honestly can't think of a negative thing to say. we don't normally visit the same place twice but we've been back 3 days and i've already looked for some prices...

We've just returned from a 10 night stay at the Kapetanios with our 18 month old son and my parents.

As soon as we arrived we were made to feel welcome and at ease by Spiros, who worked here by day, and Yianni, who worked of an evening. They couldn't do enough for you, always greeting you by name and showing an interest in you as person rather than just another tourist.

Our room was a Studio for 3, and we were provided with a travel cot. The room was impeccably clean for the duration of our stay and had all we needed for self catering. Our only problem with an 18 month old was the lack of bath, but I know this is standard in Greece. All I would say is if you book direct with them or via Thomas Cook is to request one if it is available. Our neighbours had one, and thankfully my parents did too so we often did my son's baths in their room.

The complex is at the top of a steep hill a short distance from the resort centre which is a nuisance at times but it does benefit from being away from some of the noise of the Greek nights etc. Our only gripe was that with a young child the open gates at the pool area onto the main road were somewhat problematic, but we simply kept a close rein on him or visited the beach instead.

If you have the chance to experience the Kleftico night here, do! It was by far the best meal we had during our stay and the hospitality is amazing!

Room Tip: If you have a special requirement (i.e. a bath in room) request on booking.

This was a last minute holiday and it was absolutely perfect. The room was very clean with a lovely balcony and great views. The pool was spotless and warm with plenty of sun loungers in the sun or under palm trees if you prefer the shade. The staff could not have been any nicer. Nothing was too much trouble and they all made you feel welcome from the minute you arrived. We ate at the apartments and the food was lovely especially the Greek night. Down the hill, our favourite restaurant was The Little Prince, which had lots of traditional dancing. The beach was lovely and the sea gently shelved so was perfect for swimming.
We will definitely be returning.

Room Tip: Take a corkscrew!
