The only reason you will know abou this incredible restaurant if you know some local people who live in South Tyrol.
The restaurant is set high up in the mountains with spectacle views to look at while you feast on some local, traditional, fresh, exciting and appetizing food.
The staff speak English and will help you translate the German/Italian menus.
I had the tartar which was just heavenly. They made it in front of you mixing the egg and species and meat into one glorious dish. There was allot of food on our plates and we left feeling very full indeed. The south tyrolian menu is heavy with lots of meat and sauces so don't go overboard in ordering starters and main course.
Everything is fresh! Locally sourced and just so delicious.
It is a must to eat here but absolutely make a reservation and this place fills up fast.
