“Excellent Value for Money &”

This establishment is the most welcoming I have every stayed at and the farm accommodation is superb. Jan and David Taylor could not do enough to make our stay a memorable one. Rooms were immaculate and restaurant had just been adorned with the Christmas decorations which were totally natural and the feel of the whole hotel/B & B was one of home comforts. The food was delicious with all the products sourced locally.

The bed was so comfortable that I was almost late for breakfast and the room had everything anyone could want or need.

I am definitely going to take my family to visit in the future as one night was just not enough plus I understand Jan serves a wonderful Sunday lunch.

Two minutes walk (in fact next door) is a pub named "The Swan with Two Nicks" and this was also a very good place to dine, with a good and varied menu serving delicious food which was reasonable priced.

All in all this is definitely a place to stay if you are in the vicinity on pleasure or business.

My colleague, who has stayed at Ash Farm many times when visiting in the Manchester region, recommended this venue and I owe him my thanks for sharing this little gem with me.

I stayed in Ash Farm for one only night whilst cycling through the local villages. Whilst the facilities are very basic - only a fountain and toilet for campers, there are possibilites to have a shower, breakfast and dinner at an additional price. The owners here are very friendly and the price for staying in such an amazing location with the most remarkable views is unbelievable.

The one night I had here with my partner was one we won't be forgetting for a long time. This place is a true gem and definitely worth a visit.

This bed and breakfast hotel has the best views towards the South Downs. The views from the decking and conservatory were breath-takiing. However, this comes at a price. Ash Farm is located at the top of a long steep driveway off a dangerous road (which would be madness to walk along). This driveway is a mile, or so, away from the local pub in the village of Jevington. It is possible to walk along a network of footpaths to the village. This is what we did, in the dusk, and the owner offered to collect us.

Ash Farm has aYouth Hostel feeling, which it once was. Everything was a bit basic but the owners were friendly.
