We booked a sea view room for five nights. When we arrived (very late) on our first night we were told there was an issue with the room and were moved to the Barbaros Apart Hotel in the centre of the resort (and not on the beach). To be fair this was a nice clean room, it just wasn't what we paid for in terms of location. We were told engineers were called in to fix the problem but the management refused to show us the room (we found from other guests at the hotel there had been an issue with someone else's booking where they had booked a sea view room but were not given one - and were eventually moved to one earlier on the day we arrived). When we eventually got to move into our room it was lovely - amazing view. But it wasn't the best start to our holiday and we met others who had booked and paid for sea view rooms but were told they were 'fully booked' when they were arrived and ended up staying in three different rooms during their stay. from other comments on here it looks like others may have had similar experiences. it wasn't the best start to our holiday and was stressful as every day we had to check with the management if our room was available for us. To be fair in the end they gave us a cash refund for the first two nights after I made a fuss- but be warned, it's happened to others and if they are busy you may well not end up with the room you booked.
