Description: O'Sullivan's Bar is located in the heart of the scenic village of Crookhaven nestled in the Mizen Peninsula of West Cork. The family run bar which overlooks the beauty of Crookhaven harbour prides itself on its friendly atmosphere and great food & drink. Whether seated inside next to the cosy fire on a winter's day or relaxing in the summer sunshine on our tables next to the water, you can expect great friendly service and the finest chowder, soups and freshest range of sandwiches in West Cork.

We were staying at Barleycove (about 4km away) for a week and discovered Crookhaven and O'Sullivans bar on day 3--mid morning. We had morning coffee, delicious scones butter, jam and cream at one of the tables outside at the harbour's edge--idlyic--best compliment we can pay----we went back again 3 times!!!------this is a traditional Irish pub with plenty of character and really friendly staff--loved it!!

Old fashioned Irish pub, no pretensions just good food and a friendly service. They have live music every Wednesday and Saturday night in the summer. We visited on a Wednesday and it was great.

We have visited Crookhaven for a number of yeras now and we always end up in O'Sullivans on more than a few occassions during our holidays. The menu is short and simple but everything is freshly made and always very tasty. The little pub is very welcoming and the service is always quick and efficient. While we have young children and didn't get to stay to enjoy the nighttime entertainment there was always a great buzz and craic when we were leaving to go home to bed! A must on any trip to Crookhaven - try their seafood chowder or the open crab sandwich or just have a nice cold beer with a basket of fresh shrimp. Great spot.

O'Sullivan's bar is a gem! We shared a delicious chowder and had wonderfully fresh crab sandwiches with a glass of Murphy's. The soda bread was excellent.MThe staff were very friendly and a table on the pier was the perfect place to eat seafood. There is a fair amount of parking space if you are prepared to walk a little way - and it is worth the effort.

O'Sullivan's is located on the waterfront in Crookhaven. The drive to Crookhaven is absolutely gorgeous! It is worth driving here just for the scenery.

It has a limited food menu. We had a light lunch here. I had seafood chowder, which was above average. My wife had a roast beef sandwich, which she enjoyed.

Please note that parking is very limited at the bar, as it shares parking with the pier.
