Large area to explore and discover. We entered at 11 a.m. and departed only after 6 p.m.! The animals seem to be carefully looked after. Most of them have large spaces they live in and although they seemed bored (maybe because of the rather hot summer day), they are quite friendly (especially the monkeys who are constantly "begging" for food :)) ). I particularly enjoyed the Green Pyramid with the sharks and other marine animals, the elephants and the giraffes. The small domestic farm is also a must see, especially for those with small children. Unlike in Budapest Zoo, there is no possibility to feed the animals except for a few lamas (At least that is what I`ve noticed). As for lunch, I wouldn`t recommend the fast food places inside the zoo. Instead try the Irish pub at the end of he zoo`s parking lot. There is a lot a healthy food for all tastes. :) As a conclusion: you might consider spending a whole day inside the zoo just to make sure you won`t miss anything!
