Lovely beach, typical beach of Corsica with clear shallow waters, the only thing was that its overcrowded,so i recommend the beach of palombaggia instead, which is the same thing only wider and longer:-)

“A lot to do, or simply do nothing at all!”
Reviewed July 7, 2012

This beach is great, the turquoise waters are calm and warm, sandy shores, and it is actually 4 or 5 little beaches that merge together to form a bay, on each beach there are water sports rentals, one has cayacs, another one has jet skis, the next one has peddle boats and the very last one has wind surfing and stand up paddles to rent! So, you can just lay around in the sun or do lots!

“Best beach in Corsica”
Reviewed September 24, 2010

Forget Palombaggia, Santa Giulia is the best beach. It's set in a horseshoe bay with perfect white sand and turquoise waters comparable to something you might see in Thailand (only the water is not as warm). There are trees along most of the beach which provides some natural shade. On one side there is a hillside with private villas and hotels and the other is a cliffside with trees making it very beautiful. There are at least two restaurants right on the beach. The food at the first one was fairly good and served until 3pm. We found plenty of free parking which was not the case at Polombaggia. The only slight negative about this beach is that there is a lagoon nearby which sometimes gave off a bad smell.
