The room was cold and dusty, if you put the heating on in the room it made it more dusty! woke up during the night freezing. Hairs on the bed and toilet, breakfast was cold and no fresh coffee available. I've stayed at other Travel Lodges before around England and this was a bad one. There is a premier inn up the road which I will book next time!

We have visited this hotel a good few times now, we will keep booking into this Travelodge Kew Bridge I cannot fault it. first night I ever stayed we was near cleaning room & generator was going all night. They kindly moved us & refunded the first nights stay.

Went back then year after year. Great quite breakaway will now see about booking business at this hotel, has a qualified masseuse, going to book for the customers. So they can be more relaxed when in hotel.

Dinner was poor and served by indifferent staff, wifi didn't work and staff weren't bothered to fix it or even offer refund, just bombarded us with questions insinuating that it was our fault. Breakfast was cold, overdone, but staff friendly here. Plus side, receptionist at arrival was very welcoming, also cheerful cleaners.

Very happy with our stay. Good location, close to buses which tok us to London. I was staying with my two teenage grandchildren, sharing one room (being together was important). Travelodge kindly provided three separate beds!

The hotel was clean but basic. the room was very basic, the bins didn't work and were battered, the flooring in the bathroom was coming away from the bath, the bath was very very shallow (as in not covering my legs when i was sitting in it... not what you need when you've been walking around London and want to relax. our room was opposite the lifts and we heard a lot of noise from other customers, although not as much noise as we expected from the lift itself. the cafe felt horrid, it was like student halls, it was too open plan. we stayed for three nights, went to the 'cafe' on the Friday when we arrived, ordered a pizza as there was nothing else we fancied, the card machine didn't have signal, so we had to use the last of our cash, or pay to use their cash machine... we didn't like the look of the cafe/bar it was too open and uninviting we decided to skip breakfast and go elsewhere for our meals. we've stayed at the premier inn just up the road four times, but thought we would give the travelodge a try this year instead, bearing in mind they charge approx the same money the premier inn is in a different league in comparison!.. it did the job but we won't be coming back, we'll be the one's up the road having a nice meal and drinks at the premier inn...

n.b. icing on the cake, travelodge review pages, say share your review with tripadvisor, for some reason it wouldn't let me share mine...

Room tip: try the premier inn instead
