Very well presented and informative. Complements the cultural centre at Cooinda and doesn't double up.

Tourist information is provided and the attendants are very helpful. The " museum" concentrates on the environmental and natural aspects of the park. Although there are some cultural perspectives, they are different to those dealt with at Warradjan down the road at Yellow Water. The building is also interesting and, with it's large verandah, a cool place to relax and enjoy a coffee.

It’s great to hear that Bowali Visitor Centre hit the spot – it’s an important part of communicating to visitors the Bininj/Munnguy way of life in the area and the many ancient stories that make up Kakadu’s rich cultural heritage. We’re glad to know you found the visit a useful experience and that staff were able to help.
