“Excellent very comfortable pet friendly barn.”
Reviewed June 6, 2017 for a stay in May 2017

The area was lovely peaceful and quiet. Mablethorpe was a short drive away with an excellent beach that allows dogs. Sutton on sea is a lovely small seaside resort. The Baccus Hotel in Sutton serves great meals with a carvery on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Louth is a great place to visit and they have a market day. The Donkey Sanctuary is also worth visiting.
The barn was amazing and very comfortable with great facilities.

“Wonderful barn conversion.”
Reviewed March 31, 2017 for a stay in March 2017

My wife and I have just returned home after a weeks stay at Berry Barn (1st April 2017) and I must admit that neither of us wanted to leave. Catie is a charming person and made sure our stay was comfortable in every way. The barn conversion has been completed too a very high standard and furnished with every need catered for. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.
Berry Barn is situated in a wonderfully quite rural area, but with just a short drive in the car, we were able to visit somewhere different and interesting every day of our stay. Thank you Catie for a wonderful holiday, Ian & Winnie Waters.

“What a little gem!”
Reviewed March 26, 2017 for a stay in October 2016

We stayed here back in October for a few nights and were pleasantly surprised with this sweet barn conversion.

The bed was large and comfortable, the shower was simply lovely! It was also nice to be able to wash and dry our clothes if we wished.
The kitchen is small but perfectly sized for a little getaway with everything that you would need!
The driveway is large enough for guest cars and the families, and it is only a short 10 minute drive to the local town for access to shops/restaurants.

Mrs Cherrie even left us some milk, bread and butter for when we arrived so we would be able to have a cup of tea as soon as we entered!!

There are lots of leaflets in the "study" at the back of the property with mounds of information on activities and places of interest in the area.

I would highly recommend, the family are lovely, and in fact we will be returning in July/August 2017!

Thank you to Mrs Cherrie for a fabulous getaway.

“Christmas”
Reviewed December 29, 2016 for a stay in December 2016

What a lovely Christmas !
A lovely warm welcome from Catie and her family.
The cottage is very well equipped and the family had decorated it for the festive season for us.
Comfy, cosy and really well situated for local walks with our 2 dogs who were also made very welcome.
We had a great Christmas in a peaceful and relaxing environment.
The hosts were welcoming but not invasive but were helpful with local advice and places to see or visit.
A super place to stay .... I bet it's even more lovely in the summer .... we would definitely stay here again !
