We spent two days on this beach...it has everything. Beautiful sand, clear waters, hotel facilities but be careful to clear up after yourselves and let the turtles roam.

After reading lots of reviews we decided to visit Mounda beach this morning.
There was plenty of parking space and wooden beach boards to walk on, onto the sand.
To be honest it looked a little tired and sad. We live in Cornwall with some really beautiful beaches, so we don’t think that it lived up to the reviews.
To the left side of the beach as you look out to see, there seems to be a nudist area on the beach. Not sure if this official or people just decided to take their clothes off!
The beach is one of the few with sand rather than shingle, stones or pebbles. However the water didn’t look as clear or as blue as some of the other beaches that we have swam in.
Overall, probably would go back.

A short stroll from Katelios takes to this 'award winning beach,' I don't really know what it won an award for but it is sandy in places if you pick the right spot and it is quite big. There were not many people on it when we were there, so you have privacy. No bars or anything else really, nearest bar The Dreams Bar is a walk away and is very good.

Family friendly and beautiful beach also known as one of the beaches where the turtles lay their eggs. Soft sand and shallow waters. Perfect if you stay in Katelios or Skala and want to try another beach close by. Might lack facilities so bring your own things.

A beautiful beach which is kept clean, sunbeds and parasols available to rent daily for a really good price. The beach is sandy and not pebbly so good for children. You can walk out to sea for quite a while and the depth remains shallow. This is our children’s favourite beach. The beach front hotel is open to all, very friendly and they let you use their toilets, showers and swimming pool. They don’t pressure you buy drinks, drinks are reasonable and there is a little shop in for the of the hotel too, you can get cold drinks and ice creams from.
