This beach is difficult to find if you don't have local contacts, but it's well worth trekking or driving through the residential area that leads from the coast road up to the cliff top path down to the rocks. This path has been substantially upgraded over the last winter, making it much more accessible. This is a rock beach, with no sand but it provides great swimming and snorkelling, plus the chance to walk across the rocks when the tide allows. The views across to Calpe and its dominating rock outcrop, the Peñón de Ifach, are just glorious. Parking on the cliff top is limited but still very well worth a visit.

It was hard to find the beach but once we did it was perfect. Quiet and private and stunning views to Calpe. This has become a favourite of ours in the heat of the summer and also a great place for a flask of coffee out of season. Great for those who enjoy snorkelling and exploring the coast

Couldn’t see any direction signs off the main coast road and even using Googlemaps it was a bit tricky to get to - you drive through a sprawling residential development and I guess residents of the large villas don’t want all the traffic. However, your efforts will be rewarded as the views along the cliffs towards Calpe are fantastic. You can walk down the slope to where a path takes you round to a rock with steps into the clear waters which must be great in summer when he water’s more conducive. Be warned there’s very little parking and whilst we didn’t have a problem in late December, I suspect it’s a very different story peak season.

It’s a tranquil little place with view to the rock at Calpe and the open sea. It’s very nice for a walk.
