“Mouth watering & unique tapas”

Last night we introduced some friends who live in Moraira to Cava. They were equally impressed with the range and quality of the menu and the freshness of the products. There were 5 of us & we had (sorry, but I wont get the names of the dishes right) the cava and goats cheese salads, 4 cheeses on toast, chicken dumplings, steak, tempura prawns, duck with pancakes, keralan fish followed by the lime cheesecake, ice cream and cheese selection. We enjoyed the pink cava and house red. All, absolutely amazing and we were stuffed! Highly recommended again, thank you Debbie and Andrew

“Lots of meals and tastes”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 27, 2013 via mobile

Another excellent meal last night. There was 6 of us and we couldn't decide on a dish each so we ordered a very large selection.
Every dish was of top quality and some new ones to try off the specials menu.
Great welcome from Andrew and Jacob at front of house as always and backed up with the gorgous food from the kitchen
Looking forward to my next visit

“SUMPTUOUS”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 25, 2013

Visited this restaurant twice on our resent holiday in Moraira and I have to say the food, and service were both great. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers and on each occasion enjoyed a sumptuous and leisurely meal and at good value for money too...
I highly recommend CAVA to everybody.

This tapas bar was fantastic and very reasonable - we ate there twice during our weeks holiday and it only cost 40e including wine!

“International flavours”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 23, 2013

We had an excellent meal here on 19 June. In fact we enjoyed it so much we went back the next evening to repeat the experience. Congratulations to the chef on producing such a wide range of “tapas” dishes from round the world. We shared five dishes, four from the main menu and one from the specials menu: the freshly cooked tempura King prawns were amazing – five fluffy juicy prawns in the lightest batter; the Asian duck with pancakes was classic Chinese with cucumber, hosin sauce and spring onions; Cajun chicken meatballs were beautifully tender; Chicken fajitas were spicy hot (quite fiery for me but probably very authentic); from the specials menu we had filet steak satay with basmati rice, pineapple sambal and dipping sauce -the steak was lovely - very tender and moist. On our second visit we swapped the fajitas for pulled pork quesadillas with bbq sauce and cheese. There were a lot of other dishes we could have chosen for a completely different menu. I also managed a desert of tequila lime cheesecake and husband some aged manchego cheese with a glass of sherry (and soft Extremadura cheese the second visit). The English owners are clearly committed to sourcing quality ingredients and presenting them to a high standard. A wonderful find in the centre of Moraira, in the pedestrian area off the Avda de Madrid.
