“Gorgeous villa in a gorgeous location”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

We stayed here with our two little boys age 4 and 2 and we found the villa was absolutely perfect for us - there were so many touches for families that just make the holiday so much easier - plastic plates/bowls, childrens dvd's, stairgates, cot, highchair, pushchair not to mention the totally safe gated private back garden so our little ones could wander around and play without worry. The villa itself is modern, comfortable, beautifully presented and has everything you can think of. We ate every night on the patio after cooking dinner on the gas bbq. Beds were very comfortable. The pool area and general complex is just lovely, very pretty and quiet, we pretty much had the pool to ourselves in June. The tennis courts provided further amusement, esp as there were rackets and balls provided in the villa. The lift to the pool was wonderful as we generally had a heap of things to carry (even though to walk is only a mere two sets of steps). Nearby beach was child friendly and only short drive away. Really couldn't fault it and would highly recommend. Thank you

We recently stayed in Casa Quinta, for two weeks, our party being four adults, a 3 year old and a 15 month old. we really enjoyed our stay.
The villa was clean and very comfortable The beds were comfortable with two rooms opening onto a terrace. If any criticism, the bedrooms were a bit on the small side and lacked drawer space. However there was plenty of room downstairs and out in the garden. The outside washing/drying area was very useful as was the dishwasher. All detergents/dishwasher tabs etc were supplied which was great.

We all enjoyed the garden with the sunbeds and the complex was very quiet. We went in the pool every day and were always on our own. The children thought it was fabulous,
The owners have tried very hard to think of everything to make your stay a pleasure. We had all the baby equipment supplied.
Along with the local shops there is an Austrian bakery where you can go and get an early morning breakfast if the kids are up early.
Moraira is a lovely family resort. It's a short drive down to the town and beaches. Many of the restaurants are doing Menu del dia which is 3 courses and often includes bread and a drink for €11-€15 so it's cheap to eat out as well.
I would definitely recommend this villa for famillies, it's great.

We visited Casa Quinta with our little boy who is 21 months, and we all had a truly wonderful holiday. The villa was extremely well equipped with a travel cot, high chair and even a selection of plates, cups and cutlery for our toddler! The villa has a very good feel to it and it felt very safe for our toddler to explore the garden without the worry of a pool. However when we did fancy a swim, the pool is visible from the villa, so nice and close and surprisingly quiet for the time of year, it was indeed just like having our very own pool.

The location of the Villa suited us well as it was peaceful and yet only a very short walk to a very good local supermarket and bars/ restaurants. We often walked there for supplies and food for our evening BBQ's at the villa! We spent most of our days on Moraira beach which was lovely and clean and again perfect for children, and in the evenings we sampled many of the wonderful restaurants Moraira has to offer.

To sum it up, we would return without hesitation to Casa Quinta and the beautiful village of Moraira :)

Thank you for everything!

A beautiful house in an environment of vegetation, calms down is a clear sight!
3 weeks of sun it is almost a little bit short! We would have liked staying longer...
Moraira is a very attractive village, where we find all that we need.
and to conclude, one special thank you for Sunday :)

We stayed for 2 weeks at Casa Quinta this summer and wouldn't hesitate recommending it to others. We've stayed at many villas around the coast of spain over the last few years and this was the best so far, mainly because everything was there. It made for a very relaxing and easy break so if that's what you're after, this is the place for you. The rooms are big enough but not huge. The welcome pack is above and beyond. The BBQ is perfect and we used it many times as the hassle free option. The pool is close by and a perfect depth in the shallow end for both adults and children. The big pool at the top of the complex is great for a play as well. The owners of the villa are friendly and helpful. You just can't beat it! And Moraira - just a short drive away - has everything you need for a bit of shopping or a meal out or even some takeaway paella if you can't be bothered cooking. If you like going to the beach there's a brilliant spot on the other side of the hill near Cumbra del sol with sparkling sea, some fish to spot if you have a snorkel and mask, beach restaurants serving freshly made paella and calamari and even a pedallo or two for hire if you fancy. We'd recommend buying some wet suit shoes from the shops in Moraira before you go though - the beaches are pebbly but actually great as you don't get sand everywhere!

We have just returned from a weeks holiday staying at Casa Quinta, Moraira. We were a family group ages ranging from 72 years to 9.
Once we arrived in Moraira we were met & escorted to the villa given the keys & shown around. There was a food pack provided for us teabags, milk water, ect ..which was great nothing like a cup of tea when you have been traveling.
The house is quite large it has a full kitchen, oven hob dishwasher washing machine & downstairs loo.
The livingroom is very big with large sofa & dining room table with chairs.Because there were 9 of us it would have been great if there had been another sofa. But there were plenty of other chairs.
There is also a large flat screen tv & dvd player, the only english channels are BBC world & the Disney channel.
The bedrooms were great with air con & ceiling fans,2 bathrooms both with showers very handy when 9 people are trying to get ready at the same time.
Very thick Bath & Hand towels were provided for everyone,we did have to ask for extra pillows which were brought around straight away so no problem there.
Theres a large balcony off 2 of the bedrooms nice to sit out on with a cup of coffee in the morning nice veiws..
The villa has a small garden with sunbeds provided ,bbq around the side(we did not use this)& a very large patio with table & 8 chairs(which we used all the time).
The garden has a gate which leads down to the pool area. The pool was very warm & a good size,it has a grass area which surrounds the pool. There are sunshades but no sunbeds though. The villa also provided pool/beach towels for us all which was a nice touch.
There is a supermarket, newsagent, bar & 2 resturants which is a 2/3min drive down hill.We drove into town to eat & to the beach which is 2km away. There is also a large market on fridays in Moraira.
We had a great time at Moraira & was very impressed with Casa Quinta it was home from home in the sun & would defiantly recommend to anyone who was looking for a villa holiday in a beautiful location.
