Described by our hotelier as the best restaurant in the whole area (incl Cervinia) we weren't disappointed. Huge attention to detail, aperitifs in the wine cave, viewed the cheese cave too! The owner Walther even collected us from our hotel, and was a great source of information on the history of the restaurant. Food and wine was first class, it is not cheap but nor is it silly expensive either. 100 Euros for 2 incl wine and pre dinner prosecco. Top quality establishment
