we've stayed here twice now and both times we've been welcomed in as part of the family. The rooms are brilliant with everything you could need with lovely soft beds that guarantee a goods nights sleep.

the hosts are very friendly who just want you to enjoy your stay and will do what they can to help that happen. They also have plenty of knowledge on the local area so its always a good idea to ask them where to eat or visit nearby

breakfast is massive! with everything you could ask for from a simple bowl of cereal to full on fancy full English.

we'll keep on staying here every time we come to Bath

Room Tip: each room is individual. we've stayed in room 4 twice now which is perfect for a couple although I think we might try room 10 that has a 'wet room' compared to just an en-suite

We made a very late (same day) booking to stay here so we could get to Bath early the next morning - incidentally, the journey took 20minutes or so (many thanks to the owner for her helpful directions). We cannot praise this place or the owner highly enough, we arrived slightly later than planned and the owner was waiting to welcome us & show us around the beautiful, cosy b&b. Our little boy was poorly & we were a bit apprehensive about what sort of night we would have, but we couldn't have asked for more, he had a 'special' bath in the big beautiful free-standing bath in the shared bathroom, then sprawled out in the ENORMOUS super-kingsize bed watching a beloved noddy dvd on the tv in the bedroom (there was a travel cot that had been made up & blankets provided as were a box of thoughtful baby toys) he nodded off happily & we spent a very relaxing evening in the lounge watching a dvd from the b&b's collection - there was a baby monitor provided but because there was nobody else staying down 'our end' we could leave the door ajar & see into the room from the lounge. The shower en-suite was luxurious & the bed was v.comfy. The underfloor heating also made things all the more cosy & the use of the fridge for our boy's milk etc was great. Breakfast far exceeded any expectations & was like a banquet on top of the 'menu' choice we had selected - our little boy had a place setting with high-chair & child-friendly cutlery/ crockery for his eggs&soldiers & he loved seeing the chickens in the garden. I wish we were staying for longer & hope to return in the future if we are in the area. I would not hesitate in recommending watergardens for any type of break. Very many thanks x

Just returned from weekend at Watergardens End after a family Baptism. Cannot rate the cottage too highly. Spacious, well equipped, even luxurious! Everything has been thought of from eggs in the fridge to childten's toys for my granddaughter! Would not hesitate to recommend if you need somewhere to stay in this area.

Room Tip: Sorrry-all good

We stayed in room 3, with a Kingsize bed which is the most comfortable bed I have "ever" slept in, if I could have fitted it in the car I would have brought it home. Not only did we have our own wet room (no shower to have to climb into!), there was a wonderful bathroom just along the hall if a bath is to your liking. The rooms were all very tastefully decorated to a very high standard. A beautiful countryside setting and being a bungalow, no stairs to climb!. Our host Jenny was extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and her breakfasts were to die for! We will certainly return to this B&B again. There are plenty of National Trust places to visit as well as Longleat with its Safari Park. (Jenny also has 2 beautiful hens who greeted us on our arrival!). Our stay was very relaxing even though we visited Stone Henge, Longleat, and Bath in our 3 day stay. Thank you Jenny this was just perfect!

Room Tip: All rooms are excellent (we viewed them all!) but if you have any mobility issues ask for a room with a wet room, so much easier.
