Description: Food served throughout the day Eating at the Godolphin Arms is a relaxed and informal affair and we offer an all-day menu to be enjoyed whatever the occasion or mood. Our food philosophy is simple; we want to provide freshly cooked food that tastes delicious, is beautifully presented and showcases the quality and seasonality of local Cornish produce. From hearty Cornish breakfasts to relaxed lunches and intimate dinners, our menu is inspired by living and working by the sea and produce grown and farmed locally. Fresh daily bakes of the most delicious desserts and cakes are also offered up, to be enjoyed alongside the perfect cappuccino or latte. Where to eat? Lots of natural, light bathed and restful spaces - all with far-reaching views out over Mount's Bay and St Michael's Mount. Sit in the glass and zinc extension, with doors that open out for al fresco dining during the summer months. Celebrate with family or friends around the intimate Captain's Table that seats 9. On the lower deck, walk straight in off the beach to the colourful and chilled-out beach bar and dining area. Outside, the beach terrace remains a place to linger, absorb the astonishing views and simply watch the world go by.

Having holidayed here for years we returned to be suitably impressed by the total transformation the property had over gone. Delicious food at a reasonable price, fantastic service from the waiter, quick service and a stunning setting with priceless views! The food was simple with a flavour focused sophistication that made it a cut above pub food! We'll be back! I had the catch of the day Hake with a sesame Crust on Chinese greens with coconut chilli rice...yum!!

We called for lunch having visited St Michael's Mount in the morning. The service was prompt and the food delicious, with generous portions. Fish and Chips with mushy peas is recommended! Well worth the money

Sat in the sun terrace which had lovely views of St. Michaels Mount and the beach.
Was able to take my dog and was told by the waitress that we could take him inside if we needed to, it was a bit breezy but too nice to leave the views.
We ordered 2 cream teas which were very generous and gorgeous 2 large scones that were warm.
Best scones I've ever had very buttery lovely and average priced good service will definitely return next year.

This restaurant has been renovated to the highest standard, shame they don't make their staff aware of that standard. Food was expensive but worth every penny. Views over the mount I could sit and view all day whatever the weather

Went for lunch and found the food to be a very high standard, thoroughly enjoyed my starter of crab and langoustine and the hake special was cooked and presented brilliantly. Puddings also so good I couldn't decide which to have and had to go for 2! Spent a good couple of hours there watching the tide come in and some brave (or stupid, I'll let you decide!) souls wading through knee/waist high water heading back to the mainland from St Michaels Mount before the causeway was impassable. Great, great views, food and a relaxed atmosphere made this a memorable lunch.
