“So beautiful”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

It is difficult to get to and there are a lot of security issues but I had a warm welcome from many people there. I went on a Friday afternoon when it was busy but the space is so big there is plenty of room.
Women must cover their heads and all must take off their shoes to enter the inner courtyard.
Afghans are very welcoming and love to tell you the legends and stories associated with the place. Take care of the roads around it and marvel at the beauty of this very old tiling.

“5 minutes visitted at Blue mosques”
Reviewed March 28, 2013

Located in downtown. This mosque is beautiful and comfortable place for pray and and have so many beautiful texture on mosque wall. It is amazing place indeed. I just visitted within 5 minutes due to security reason so do not have many times for looking around.....but feeling a such nice place in Afghanistan. Mazar i sharif is quite safe compare others place in Afghanistan but we can't on it...because everything can happen immediately......(visited on March 28, 2013).

“Mysterious place indeed”
Reviewed November 21, 2012

I got the chance of visiting Mazar e-Sharif during the summer of 2012 and I was amazed by the beauty of its main attraction, the Blue Mosque, one of the country's highlights and one of the world's most famous religious buildings.

I visited the complex in early morning, afternoon and also in the night since I wanted to see how this place lives in different times of the day.

With a heavy religious atmosphere, the blue mosque is indeed a great place to visit if you have the chance. dress discreet.

“The Magic Blue Mosque of Mazar-e-Sharif”
Reviewed September 12, 2012

It's just beautiful, with all the white pigeons around it, they are really all white. it's supposed to be the burial place of Ali, the fourth Caliph. Also Najaf (iraq) claims to have Ali's mortal remains buried there, but a proverb says "The sky is everywhere blue"!!
