due to issues on the payments for visits to tour destinations, visitors and tourists are barred from entering the premises/areas of uncooperative groups/tribes. sadly, Twin Lagoon is among them. a group of tribal security guards (in sikyu blue uniform) were in boat guarding the entrance of the Lagoon.

Twin Lagoon is a very good place to just swim and float carefree (If you know how to swim and you have a lifevest) The lagoon is pretty deep and when we reached the end of it, we are able to see houses built by the locals and bamboo where crabs are hiding.

I think I could have skipped this place and not missed anything. The water was cold, no use snorkeling -there are hardly any fish in it. here is a clumsy wooden walkway around each lake. Frankly, we could have spent 30 minutes extra at Smith's beach (which was absolutely fantastic) of the previous island instead of coming here.

WOW! That's the first word I uttered while coming down the lagoon. It was worth all the 150 steps coming down and another 150 back. The tour guide said it's 57 ft deep and more. Water was cold and inviting. It's not for diving and snorkeling... but it's simply beautiful. It's a Million dollar view on top.

he stunning karst formations and cool waters make this a must visit. The picturesque docking area is also perfect for a photo op. The waters are VERY deep though. Wear your life jacket if you aren't a very good swimmer or tire easily. The entrance is rather small but once you enter the view will take your breath away.
