“Perfect location for Lunch by the beach!”
Reviewed September 25, 2013

I liked everything! very fine white sand and crystal clear water! there are cute dogs in the island, spend the lazy afternoon sleeping after eating lunch or indulge and soak up in the clear sea water.

I will surely go back.

“Great for Lunch Stop”
Reviewed September 7, 2013

Banol beach is the preferred lunch stop island by most tours. It has beautiful, clear waters and white sand - but watch out for jellyfishes. Our boatmen surveyed the area and took out the jellyfishes before letting us into the water. These jellyfishes could give you a nasty, painful sting. Our kids enjoyed building sand castles and kayaking in the area. My parents who were in their 70s also enjoyed kayaking-- and even ventured quite far from shore. Other tips: Island has cottages for picnic, toilet, and a small variety store.

“beautiful island stop”
Reviewed September 5, 2013

this place is where we had our island hopping lunch..it is good that there are already provisions of beach side huts..the view is super beautiful..the karst mountain make it even more impressive..the big rock on the side of the beach makes for a nice little climb and gives also a nice view of the place..
only one important suggestion: plastic waste management. the visitors should bring the trash back with them to the city where it should be disposed better..otherwise, it will destroy the beauty of the place and the island life..btw, when eating, be sure not to drop morsels of food on the sand..there are a lot of ants waiting for the crumbs!

“Very nice”
Reviewed August 27, 2013

The nearest to Mount Tapyas and a very small beach but good if you want a beach nearby (there were none on Coron Island) and it's away from everything. Bring a packed lunch though

“Worth to see it”
Reviewed August 20, 2013 via mobile

We were on Sunday here, after renting our private boat. It is 15min far away from Coron and it cost 100php per person.
We were there for 3 hours and except the final hour, we were there alone. Close to lunch hour, boats start coming. The place ius really nice and worth it if empty, if full better go somewhere else, because you are not going to enjoy it. They have these wood huts for lunch that ruin the pictures and does not let much open space for you.
